I'm shocked to be honest at this experience. 1st time here, highly doubt I'll be back.  Ordered a bunch of food, like $51 worth,  didn't get any receipt or even offered one. 2nd I notice a sign that says buy 12 wings get 6 free on home game days, today's is 11/9/24 which is a home game day. I bring it up to the lady and she says you gotta mention it when you order I said where is that on the sign, I've had lots of promos applied like half off wing Wednesdays and half off apps at places never had to ask before. I told the lady it's called do right by the customer. Do the right thing. Nope refused to give the free wings then charged $3 for 3 half full ranch cups. No napkins anywhere, my wife had to go to the bathroom to get napkins while the staff was in the back screaming at each other with a bunch of people here approximately 4 to 5 tables full. This review is going on Google as well. But figured I'd send it here. I'm writing it before I even take a bite out of my wings. That's how shocked I am by this visit.

FIVE STARS!!! I had stopped going to ATL Wings in Surprise for months after repeatedly receiving poor service and poor quality food! I’m SO GLAD I learned there were new owners and LET…ME…TELL…YOU!! My family and I feel so welcome when we go here. I cannot stand wings that seem chewy and when I called and the new owner said, “Oh, no. I know you must not have been here since I took over because we make CRISPY wings.” I absolutely took her word for it and baby! She won me over! The wings are full of flavor, they understand what crispy means, their customer service is amazing, the vibe in the restaurant is awesome. We had wings 3 times in one week after finding out the restaurant was in better hands. Highly recommend! My FAVORITE wing spot is in Anchorage, Alaska and this is the first spot under THIS ownership that  I’ve been to since I left Alaska 5 years ago that makes me NOT crave my old spot. Mouthwatering good! Love me some ATL! Me and all 6 of my girls!

The wait was not that  bad but I waited 30 mins for 10 wings a there was no one else in the building. But while I was waiting there was a line of 4 ppl an one ended up leaven before any one even came out . The wings were horrible I asked for crispy they definitely weren’t crispy at all a they gave me all drums with two flats . They were very big an fatty . I never leave reviews but I wasted $20 on food I didn’t even finish

This is my first time here and I loved it! The prices are great and the food is delicious! I got the 6 pieces medium wings with cajun fries. I couldn’t finish the meal-the proportions are very generous. For  the wings the sauce was just right, and even the medium wing  had to kick to them. The wings were also very meaty. Also, when you order the fries, make sure you get the cajun.cajun fries, they are so good and crispy. definitely try to place out if we’re looking for some good wings.

Walking in, my husband I were greeted with a smile. The food was cooked to perfection and was even offered samples. We got the 6 and 10 piece combo. We got 3 different flavors: medium, chef, and the sweet and spicy one.  The atmosphere was chill!
