I placed my order on 3/23/24 but they didn't ship until Monday 3/25 and it was delivered on 3/28 quite timely.
My issues involve quality and sizing of the produce. I received 4 bananas that were all very ripe and must be eaten within a day. I also received 4 pears of which one is totally damaged and I refuse to eat it. I also received 5 apples (grandkids love all apples), however I just cut one for them to enjoy and it was beaddy) they didn't like it.  Also in my box for $50 was a very small bushel of collards, kale, mustard greens and a cabbage.
There was some blueberries, apples, cherry tomatoes, 2 russet potatoes, 1 onion and 2 red peppers.
I'm not concerned about the pricing but the way the produce was packaged. They included a dry ice bag which was totally dissoved by the time it arrived, so they also wrapped the produce is tissue paper wrapping which was soak and wet upon arrival. Some of the fruit/veggies look healthy but the greens are in extremly small bushels. I literally could have gone to the shopping market for the price that I paid. I paid $24 for shipping.
I am totally dissatisfied with the expeerience and will not order from them again,. Some people's experience may not be the same as mine but I do want to say if you had a great experience what a blessing for you.

Oh my goodness. I received my order this morning and felt as if I was opening a beautifully wrapped gift. This is my second time ordering from Boxed Greens and everything was perfect. I was able to modify and add items to my order prior to ship date and received an email notification telling me when I could expect my order. Each item was packed carefully and arranged beautifully in the box with sturdy ice packs to keep it all chilled. This is beautiful, quality produce that rivals any in the most upscale farmers market and it stays fresh for a long time which is an added bonus for a single person household. I am thrilled. Thank you!

I have ordered boxed greens vegetables & dried goods and was so impressed with the quality of the produce that I couldn’t resist posting review. Unlike other organic stores that I order regularly, the produce was excellently packed, so fresh and great quality as though each one was hand picked . Vegetables, amazingly stayed fresh up to 3 weeks and tasted awesome. Customer support and Kim was very helpful with the order processing etc.
