Fired Pie is by far the best pizza for people with gluten intolerance. There is slight cross contaminanition from the regular dough and same oven, but its worth the pain. This is the best pizza place hands down for gluten free crust. My only issue with ordering here is the fresh garlic. Its always in one or two areas of each slice, never equally distributed. But hey, its fresh garlic, hard to manipulate and far better than just garlic seasoning. Great job guys! Keep it up

I love this place. I eat here fairly often. Thin crust is my favorite style of pizza and fired pie does it great. Not to mention they have friendly employees too.
