Love the food. So much to choose for, mix and match as you like. My pick is always going to be the customizable bowl. A small one is good enough for☝🏼and a regular can serve 2 depending up on what all you pick.

Fried rice and eggs are recommended 😍

The location is nice, within the market place with plenty of parking. The restaurant crew is also very attentive. Good amount of seating inside as well as in front of the restaurant.

Service was great, this was my first time and the experience was great. I was able to construct a towering "create your own" bowl along with great seasoning varieties and sauces! It was prepared to perfection and you can tell the chef enjoyed his preparing craftsmanship!

It has come to my attention that the establishment's culinary standards have significantly declined. Previously, the establishment employed two cooks, but in an attempt to reduce costs, they have transitioned to a single cook. This decision has adversely affected the quality of the food and subsequently resulted in a loss of customers. Furthermore, the cook is responsible for both preparing and cooking the food, indicating a clear instance of overworking. While the food remains edible, it no longer meets the exceptional standards previously established. Additionally, several protein options have been altered, resulting in a diminished overall experience. The establishment has also increased its prices and removed noodles as a base option, relegating them to a topping. This decision is perplexing and has generated confusion among customers. The server, Anthony, provided exceptional service during my recent visit. Despite the apparent understaffing, he demonstrated utmost professionalism, courtesy, and helpfulness. Although this establishment appears to be struggling, I highly recommend Anthony's services. It is regrettable that this is the last location in Arizona, as I used to frequent this establishment for its delectable cuisine. However, due to my relocation, I am unable to visit as frequently as before.  experienced a near-fatal choking incident due to a bone fragment in my beef dish. The server promptly took the bone away to inform the manager, but unfortunately, there was an extended delay of approximately 15 minutes before any managerial response. Eventually, the bartender approached me, conveyed an apology, and informed me that the meal would be complimentary, which I appreciated. However, the incident significantly diminished my appetite, leading me to depart from the establishment shortly after. It came to my attention that the manager was indisposed and remained in the back, occupied with administrative tasks. In my opinion, given the circumstances, it would have been more appropriate for the manager to personally attend to the matter, express an apology, and inform me of the complimentary meal. Previously, I held a VERY favorable impression of this establishment and frequently visited after attending movies at Harkins Tempe Marketplace. However, this experience has prompted me to reconsider my patronage, and I may opt for alternative dining options, such as Panera, in the future.

Prior to my departure, I utilized the restroom facilities and observed some damage to the flooring. I have attached a photo for reference. It appears that the establishment is neglecting essential maintenance tasks and intentionally maintaining insufficient staffing levels. This situation is resulting in overworked staff and a subsequent decline in the quality of both the food and service provided.

The food was just ok. My husband got his bowl of food about 10 minutes before I got my food. The server was also doing the job of the host and the bartender too. He was hustling and doing a great job. He was very friendly and polite. When I went to the restroom I was surprised and disappointed because the hallway was cluttered with stacks of boxes and a lot of disorganized junk. There were filthy white towels laying all over that looked like someone had wiped up a garage floor and then just thrown the dirty towels in random places. This was NOT good. .

This place is super fun!! The funny part is if you don't like the food it's all your fault!  You get to put all the ingredients in a bowl and they cook it all up for you! I love all fun options they have!  And don't forget about all the spices and sauce!  So many different flavors and options!  My daughter went with more of a seafood type of bowl and I went with more of a Mongolian beef type of bowl.  The service was great and the atmosphere is fun as well! Keep up the good work guys!!
