love coming to gus pizza for the convenience that it’s open 24/7 and the food is great. But tonight the lady up front “packaging orders” was rude for no reason. i ordered 5 additional ranch’s and only got one. i went inside and politely told the gentleman up front and the lady chimed in with a nasty condescending attitude saying “i packed the order they are all in there” i even said i could bring the boxes in so she could see they weren’t in there. i obviously wouldn’t go back in to ask for something i order if it was there. there’s no reason to have such a nasty attitude when i was nice at first and i could’ve been one of those people. fix your attitude or don’t go to work we’re all humans at the end of the day.

I gave the food 3 stars, only because the ingredients seemed fresh, not because it was that great. Haven't been here in a couple years, was really anticipating the Italian sandwich I remember, gearing my son up for how good it was supposed to be. Waited for the only guy at the counter to get off the phone, then I ask if I could get a 2 liter of soda that I saw someone picking up with his pizza, but the dude counters with, " we usually only sell those with pickup orders". So I said, "should I call you to order then?". Then he went ahead and granted me the 2 liter and took our order for the two Italians. $4.75 for the soda (a bargain compared to two fountain drinks), and $10.99 each for the sandwiches, which are advertised as having, Genoa salami, ham, capicola, pepperoni and provolone. Not sure which of the four meats are missing, as there's hardly any on it at all anyway. Super disappointed, will NOT be back. Will opt for Cheba Hut down the street next time. An experience like this really ruins any enjoyment of eating. It's insulting how little you get for your money, unless you enjoy paying $11 for a salad sandwich.

I call to order pizza no good morning. How can I help you? This is Gus pizza, It was more can I put you on hold and when I answer I was automatically put on hold. I was put on hold for 12 minutes so basically when I got to the place, the guy was still on his personal phone talking to somebody. He didn’t even knowledge that I was there until he called somebody else like 10 minutes later so the other guy can help me. The guy that helped me asked me what I wanted, I told him He proceeded to charge me after I pay him, he didn’t wash his hands, He just went directly to the pizza dough and started making my pizza. I was so disappointed With this kind of service but I still took the pizza home, and when I got home I looked at it, and it hardly had any pepperonis. Wow, no more again.  I rather buy from Barros from now on ! Pic attached !

Open 24hrs is what caught my eye. The Bronx bomber pizza was delicious. The crust was slightly crisp with a soft fluffiness inside. The toppings weren't overwhelming everything came together nicely. The Tiramsu was great, very creamy and not to sweet! We are excited to try the rest of the menu!

A simple cheese pizza was delicious. The crust and sauce are great. It comes out hot enough to burn your mouth.
The service is nonexistent. I think his name is Jimmy or Johnny. Whatever it was, he had zero interest in taking my order or even looking in my general direction. He started moving tables and checking on other orders before acknowledging my standing there.
Even asking to use the restroom became incredibly difficult because he disappeared.
This was a very slow morning. One other customer waiting.
Pizza is great despite the service.
