I entered the Venezia’s Pizza located at 27 E Southern Avenue in Tempe on a Friday in the early afternoon.  I ordered a slice of Meat Lover’s pizza to go.  The total was $4.97 for one slice of pizza.  I waited for about 10 minutes as there were several customers ahead of me who were also waiting.  After those customers were served, it was finally my turn.  The employee removed a slice from the warmer, boxed it up and handed it to me.  I had a drink in my car, so I ate the slice in the parking lot.  I could tell that the pizza had been in the warmer for a while because it just didn’t look or taste fresh.  With that said, the warmer does keep the pizza hot, in fact, the cheese was molten hot.  I’ve eaten here before, and usually the pizza is better than it was this time.  I’m sure I will be back, but I hope that this visit was an outlier and that this place is not going downhill.

Venezia’s Pizza has been in a Tempe Arizona to go Spot for a long time and family owned and ASU Students have rememberable hang out for a great pizza sliced pizza combos. They have a 24 inch party pizza that is a lot of fun for the family. Great atmosphere. They also have submarine sandwiches, wings, pasta dishes, salads and they’re all great. I have been going there for many years always have been satisfied. Highly recommended by me to go try their pizza Slice combos and great prices.

Great pizza, very tasty and flavorful.I managed to get mine fresh out of the oven. We also had the fried zucchini, which was wonderful. It was crunchy and not soggy, so they did a really good job on that. I've gotten both takeout and eating in at both visits were good service was very helpful and I do not have any complaints

Very mundane slice of pizza...... Almost no flavor, cheap cheese too much sauce.... Crust was decent but there was a lot more longing for satisfying a pizza craving..... It looked really good. Unfortunately it didn't deliver.... Also, if you're sensitive to grabbing just a slice, be sure for them to use clean tongs as they do not discriminate between using for the vegetarian cheese options and using the same one for the meat......

I’m leaving this review because of the excellent customer service at Venezia Pizza. There was an issue with my order not being received due to a printer error, which caused a delay. I waited for about 30 minutes, noticing others’ orders being taken and completed while mine wasn’t. Once I brought it to their attention, the staff immediately acknowledged the problem, offered a refund, and prioritized making my order as quickly as possible.

I really appreciated how proactive and kind they were in resolving the situation, especially since I was having a tough day. Their effort to make things right, paired with their great food, made the experience much better. I’ll definitely be back, and their excellent customer service truly stands out.
