I visited this location at lunchtime during the week. It wasn’t very busy so I was surprised that the service was slow and chaotic. I witnessed the server returning to the pickup window several times due to incorrect or missing items from orders. I ordered two slices of pepperoni pizza. When the server brought it to me, the slices were stacked on top of each other on a small plate. (See pictures) Really!? Who serves pizza like that!? It just made it a pile of mess. Very disappointing. I don’t know what was going on with this location that day or if all Barro’s restaurants are run like this one, but I won’t be returning to this location any time soon.

I'm a east cost guy... pizza was cooked perfect! The taste was delicious! Their salads are the best and very good price. The staff is fantastic and one of the reasons I love this place! You can also watch football or sports there

Ordered an extra large Chicken Supreme Pizza plus an Anti-Pasta Salad  tonight. App ordering, delivery and salad were excellent. The Pizza was essentially a Cheese Pizza with a few onions, olives spread across the entire pizza. My wife was able to count 3 pieces of chicken across 3 pieces of pizza and I found 1 piece upon eating several pieces, but it was so small it was honestly hard to tell what it was.

This was truly the worst chicken and/or any supreme style pizza I've ever had. It was truly just dough and cheese. Papa Murphy's is significantly better at half the price. I won't be ordering from this chain again - its too easy to make a good, if not great pizza and it's clear they don't care anymore.

Don't waste your money.

Went to lunch at this location. Like 6 people in the store and it took 20 plus minutes for a small salad and drink. I walked out. When they reach out to you regarding the issues. They make no effort to compensate you for any troubles.

1/5/25 @ 6:30pm Maricopa location - Our wings were cold yet overcooked and dry. Our peperoni pizza was so salty and dripping with grease from cheap processed cheese that it was inedible. We literally got up and left our food on the table and went somewhere else. We will never waste money here again.
