Love coming here. My daughter and I stop here a lot on our lunch breaks and the guys are always smiling and laughing with us. Great service and the food is always great

This Genos was the filthiest place I ever seen in a Pizza chain. Especially, in comparison to its own chain. Dirty tables, greasy floor, staff not waring gloves appropriately. At least six staff on seen. Not a busy place. Yet very dirty. Someone is slacking and are just collecting a paycheck. Customer Services is mediocre. We ordered our Pizza and asked for water. Waited for water cups. Totally got ignored. Awaited a little longer to see if we would be noticed. No, the crew goofing around at the back. Therefore to express our dissatisfaction. You get 0.12c tip. After which, staff see the tip and start complaining and B*** about it w/ the rest of the staff. Imagine the dude who left you with 0.1c in which it would have been the only thing if could give you. What should you say? First of all you wouldn’t even care about it. Remember this great lesson 0.1c is already better than zero! ...We get the word that a pizza  is burn they have to re-do, after they all ran at the back who know what they did to the second pizza. The pizza arrived one looks okay and the other not! After witnessing such a poor service and such a filthy place. No confidence is eating or finishing the pizza. So disappointing.

The pizza is Fantastic, I have ordered from here now 5 times and every one has been great. I think its better than Barros. If you have been fighting a work culture problem and are working on a better product, it has been showing. Keep up the good work. The only reason atmosphere got 3 stars is I haven't dined in yet so I can't properly rate it. Nice job guys.

Bragged to my co workers about how good Geno's is and then they delivered this ... WAY too much cheese on what parts they actually put cheese on....it was SUPER greasy and disgusting! Sadly disappointed in the food we received, especially after raving about how great Geno's usually is. Not sure what changed but it's no good anymore 😕

Recently went to dine in for two slices of pizza they had left, I did not expect  for the slices to be almost 20 inches (a foot and a half) long. The Manager here is a great guy happy to have my order taken from him :) the pizza and drink costed 8 bucks but I tipped to the nearest 10 bucks.
