Servers eyelashes got in her way, never checked on us, no Wasabi in caterpillar roll, basically trash can service and food. When mentioned to server, she offered nothing to make this better. 100% thumbs down- third time there....no more trash in my belly, you eat it!

Wow what a surprise in Nogales to find such a great selection of sushi. Went to Okiroki after crossing the border from Mexico to try something new. I truly enjoyed this place. Great service and food. There's a nice little bar inside and an awesome patio. Kind of an awkward entry from the T-Mobile parking lot. I had the rainbow sushi which was fantastic. I will be back.

Worst place to eat, occasionally eat here just because there is no other choice locally... But every single experience is the same here, bad service, waitress takes forever to even offer a drink, food always arrives late to table can be sitting on chefs rack for minutes, owner always walking around talking to girls, no customer service instead of looking at tables to see if they need service, or checking on staff to see if they are performing right. No customer service, no professionalism, food always cold, always tried to give them a chance but sadly every experience is always the same here.

Our server was really nice! 👌Overall, I appreciated the friendly customer service! The food was great! I couldn't go wrong with their Volcan roll. Also, tried the Yakimeshi beef, chicken, and shrimp rice, and I  pleasantly surprised!

I don't know much about sushi cuisines but I do know the food here is tasty. Reasonable prices BUT................... The service and restaurant etiquette needs A LOT of work!!! It is truly bad service. When being here it feels that the employees are there only because they have to be. The appetizers came out at the very end of dinner. 4 rolls were ordered. One roll came out first, then 9 1/2 minutes later a second one. 3rd one was almost 8 minutes later. We cancelled the last one. None of us ate together. Plus, all the while the waitress was not serviceable AT ALL!!! I believe that this is a management issue. Just a bad experience.
