I don't even like giving a 1 star review..horrible place to eat here in Prescott off Hwy 69! Upon walking in, sweeping was kicking up dust, had to literally walk around to stay out of the dust to get to the order section, not once did the sweeping stop to let me pass.. I selected a spot away from the current sweeping when I got my food. Then they started sweeping right next me..kicking up dust, and the whole time everyone is speaking spanish... I just had to get up and leave .... I sure hope other locations are not as un customer minded as this location.. it was a horrible experience and I will not be back!

Stopped by for breakfast during rodeo weekend. First time at this location. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches (Santa Fe). Both sausage patties were served cold, not lukewarm, actually cold on the bagel. Asked the staff if they could heat up the sausage patties. They just threw the whole sandwich into a heater and gave it back after 10 seconds without an apology. Bagel was hot. Center was still cold. At that point I said forget it and got breakfast elsewhere. Granted they were busy and it seemed like everyone was working on orders. Still a sour experience. I may try again when it's not busy but it's still a red flag if a store can't handle customer requests during a rush.

When you want your order to be right without even looking in the bag this is where you come! Love the speed and friendly cashiers every time doesn’t matter time of day! The bacon and cheddar is my go to in the mornings

First time trying this place it's been here forever just happened to be by for work and the brisket bagels was 🔥🔥🔥🔥 I will definitely be coming back fast service and was made perfect looked like it would be a mess but it all stayed together perfectly thanks for an awesome first time experience

I really enjoyed this place. The atmosphere is very homey and, if I lived closer, would be a great place to hang out. I give it 4stars instead of 5 merely because it is pricey considering the smaller portions. Otherwise it's very nice. They have all kinds of things available. Including catering, an indoor/outdoor fire place, lots of seating outside and comfy seating inside, tables with outlet accessibility for charging devices, a large variety of freshly made goodies stored behind a glass display to see their goodness. I even saw doggie bagels and a bulletin board of local business cards, fliers, and events next to the bathrooms. I personally dont drink coffee but my friend said their coffee is very delicious and recommends it.
