Fresh Roast is absolutely my favorite vendor at NorthEast Market. I normally get a veggie omelete platter with turkey sausage. It is absolutely delicious. I also have had the turkey chili, turkey burger, turkey salad and their enormous turkey sandwich. The turkeys are baked fresh daily. I no longer work nearby, so whenever I am in the area, I make the trek so that I can get their food and say hi. You must try it!

Great basic breakfast and lunch foods. Highlight is the amazing fresh roasted turkey in a sandwich or platter. Simple breakfast sandwiches are great, packed and tasty. Run by a very nice family. Pleasure to do business with them.

I heard they make everything from scratch so I had to see what the hype was about. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and they pulled out fresh ground beef and made a fresh patty. The burger was delicious. I'll be back to try the fresh roasted beef.

I don't eat burgers often, but when I do I go to Fresh Roast Market. The burger is absolutely delicious and freshly made, no frozen patties. I've also had the roast turkey and they give you enough turkey for another sandwich, it's that much meat. I've had nothing but good service and highly recommend out of all the stall in that market.

I was skeptical about getting a burger at Northeast Market at first, but they are quite good here. Fresh Roast offers both the standard burger and a turkey burger. I ordered a turkey burger, which was made from fresh ground meat - none of the frozen patty nonsense. You can watch as the guy makes the burger on the stove. The burger came out perfect - flavorful and tender and topped with grilled onions. This is one of the few places at the market that has business all day long. Everyone comes here for the turkey (turkey burger, turkey noodle soup, turkey chili, turkey platter, etc), but he has pretty much any traditional American fare you can think of.

This is my favorite breakfast place in the area. First, the breakfast sandwich reminds me of what I grew up eating in New York -it's *fresh* and you can tell they care about what they serve. Second, and equally importantly they're SO CLEAN! The co-owner/cook washes his hands between every step. When they're not cooking they're cleaning. So not only is out tasty but you can also trust their food safety!

The name is the description, they roast there own meats fresh everyday. You order a dish with turkey and they pull an actual turkey out of the oven and cut pieces off, not a turkey loaf , an actual turkey.

They have great turkey burgers and fresh roasted turkey sandwiches. You can call orders ahead, as it gets busy for lunch. I walk to the market often on my lunch. Glad I discovered their stall.

I got to work and started eating my food. I cut my omelette open and my bacon was literally scraps of fat and some pieces were not done. I patronize this stand almost every morning! Even though their prices are incredibly higher than any other stall. (The food is normally great)So I called to ask them if they had changed the brand of bacon and informed them of my issue. I was told to bring the food back! I arrived and the wide snatched the bag and opened it. Shows it to her husband and he says you ate some. I said yes until i opened the omelette and noticed the scraps of fat. But I don't even want my money back. I just wanted to show you what my issue was. Mind you, I spend money here at least twice a week, as well as my co workers. I've never had this issue. The husband said no give her the money back and don't ever come back here. The other people in line asked for their money back and started walking away because he was very disrespectful. They do not value their black customers. But want our hard earned money! But today they loss several customers, because ppl from my workplace will not support such ppl. They don't have any customer service skills whatsoever! And don't care whom they offend.
