I planned my 40th birthday dinner at home and decided to use a black owned business to help make my vision a reality. A week before my event I reached out to find out if I was able to get a time frame for the delivery for my event because I knew it would be a bad day. Here is what I said to her and her response.... Me: Good morning! I hope that all is well. I have a couple questions. Do you rent pipes and draping? And how can I add 2 of the spandex table clothes for the cocktail tables to the order. And my location has changed to my home in Glen Burnie. How early on Wednesday am I able to have things delivered? Her: Good morning 1st please don't ask me how early on Wednesday will I be there on a Monday and your event is in the following wk you make me think I messed up We'll confirm the delivery time the day before and I need the address and event time As of that wasn't rude enough, when she dropped off the items that I rented for my event which was at 7:30 pm. She asked what time would my event be over. I advised her that it would be over at 11:40-12 but that I would however have everything broke down and ready for her to pick up the following morning. However she insisted coming to my house after midnight on a Wednesday night to pick up the items. I personally would not use her again based off my experience. **UPDATE** Her response is that it's her policy to pick up same day however as a customer I would have liked to have known that when i booked the service. FURTHERMORE, a review on Facebook stated that she picked up days later with no hassle so someone isn't being honest.

I had a wonderful experience here with my daughter. So many attractions to choose from. We spent hours playing in the VR room, Basketball and other activities. we attended multiple times for different occasions. easy to find and great parking. If you are in the Baltimore area, it's a great & safe space for your children & adults. we will return. Love it.

I cannot thank the ladies of Pearl's Party Providers enough for; my beautiful Pink & White Throne chairs, the Ghost table (in front of my Thrones so you could see my gown & dress, of course) and the DJ services for my big 50&Fab birthday bash this past December! They were extremely personable, professional, and friendly. Their prices were excellent, SUPER competitive! Always responded timely and with wonderful information. Great selection of party equipment and entertainment stuff. I will definitely be using them again for future parties.

Short Story: Pearl's Party Providers is the MOST unprofessional Black Owned Business that me or my team have EVER encountered. 《They left us in the PARKING LOT for TWO Hours, after TWO Months of Planning!》 Full Story: 1st, We were offered a 70 : 30% booking fee split agreement, so that my youth based non-profit could LEARN how to organize an event and MAKE some quick cash off it! We organized and invited for a month, just to be told, we were never actually put on the calendar in the first place!? I was told that "I just didn't understand how Peals Business Really worked," and was scolded instead of informed. All good! We found another date, 1 month later. NOW, instead of the 70 : 30 split, sis want $850. (I was NEVER offered any of those lovely packages they promote on IG) Now, we really didn't have the funds, but begged sponsors, were given cash incentives, took pre-orders, and attempted to raise it! Called sis, and explained myself, right before the event started (24-36 hours before). On the phone, after hearing my story, sis confirmed AGAIN. "Okay, see you at the event!" (Pivotal moment- if it were a no, just say that!) Day of the Event: They LEFT us in the PARKING LOT, BEGGING to be let inside of the building for TWO straight hours. Till this day, their "leader " still has not gathered the courage to return my phone call! Upside: A Parent of ours found a new location, and THEY were generous enough to open their doors to us! Our youth enjoyed endless arcade games @30 W North Ave. Nobody stole our happiness that night! I share this review to anyone who read this message. Be selective, and weigh your options: Thank you!

Pearl's Party Providers is AMAZING!!! This company is that OUTSTANDING little gem that you never knew you needed in your life. The customer service is awesome! The prompt, professional service Pearl's Party Providers delivers is sure to keep this business successful. The Love Seat and Cocktail High Top Tables were in excellent condition and added the right amount of elegance to the décor of my event. Delivery and pick up were on time and Pearl's Party Providers' prices are the best in the area. I highly recommend Pearl's Party Providers and will definitely use their services again. Absolutely Amazing!!!! They came through for my sons wedding at the very last minute (after another company cancelled the day of). One phone call. She was very nice, professional, and understanding of my needs. The beautiful luxury throne loveseat was delivered in plenty of time and picked up promptly. It looked brand new. The price was lower than every other place I checked, despite the last minute request. I wish I would've found them sooner so I could've used some of the other services they offer.

I attended a co-ed baby shower for a couple having their first baby. Honestly, the set up was really nice and cute. However, the PPP workers were extremely unprofessional. The event I attended was supposed to be from 1pm-5pm. According to the PPP workers, the event was supposed to from 1pm-4pm. At 4pm, one of the workers (Brittany - Party Scheme) showed up and stood in front of the room where the couple was opening gifts as if she was annoyed. The next thing I know, she starts breaking down decorations on the couple's head table while all guests are still seated at the guest tables. RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE EVENT. The tables were decorated with gold chargers. This chick literally reached onto the table, picks up a guests charger and slides a plate of food off onto the table to take up the charger and grabs the decorations off of the table. Then she begins walking back and forth in front of the couple (who are still opening gifts) carrying equipment out of the room. Guests began to leave and as they began standing, she started snatching the chairs away and loading them on a truck. Then more of her team members come into the venue and began breaking down the entire party claiming the chairs and tables needed to be at another event. WHO DOES THAT? It was a shame, because whoever created the party scheme is clearly talented but apparently could cares less about the potential business in the room. Not to mention, didn't believe anyone attending the event was worth impressing. I attend a lot of events and have NEVER seen anything like that. Normally the party crew waits at least and hour after the event is over to break things down. You could tell that some of the PPP staff were a little embarrassed because they were apologetic (as they were snatching cloth napkins off the table and from the guests laps), but the Brittany chick (Party Scheme) was straight up ignorant about it. I understand building a fine into the contract if an event runs late, but NEVER do you enter someone's event, especially someone who has hired you, and literally shut it down for them. I've never seen anything like it. If you are going to be in the service/event planning industry, at least have some decorum about yourself. Sheesh...
