The venue was clean, especially the bathrooms. Food was very good. I really love the parking lot right across the street from the venue along with street parking. Lighting on the outside is good also.

Started an hour late. Served us on paper plates from the dollar store. Made us wait so long to be shown to our reserved table that no appetizers were left. No water on the tables. Then after waiting 25 minutes in line at the bar was cut off and not allowed to get a drink. I hope my dear friends whose reception was ruined by poorly run place get some sort of refund.

This was my First time at this establishment and I was taken aback in the warm welcoming spacious opening! . I attended my best friends wedding today! Her colors were sunrise and sunset! and it was stunningly beautiful !! The staff was pleasant and very helpful accommodating so customer service was on point . It was a Brunch Reception the food was delicious I enjoyed myself down to the dj! I'd surely recommend this place!

The staff are very rude. If I'm booking your establishment for a special occasion you would want to feel welcomed. I wouldn't recommend at all definitely a last resort.

I used the Forum after getting a recommendation from a friend. After signing my contract, I started hearing negative opinions soon after, so I did my own research. The reviews online were mixed so I figured it would be a 50/50 shot. Throughout the time, the management made no concession for changes even when it is at no extra cost to them. I am baffled as to; if I originally signed for 100 people , closer to the event approximately 50 people responded , I asked for an amendment to 60 and they refused holding it at 100.00. Only the food bill would have been adjusted. Nothing else. At 30 dollars per head, the guests at a semi formal event were served with plain styrofoam plates and common plastic fork. No center piece on the tables. The food was very good and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. The management is terrible. I would never use them again.

I'm kinda picky. So I attended a wedding here and I was initially thinking: 1. Baltimore... 2. I would not get married here 3. Budget This is a Martin's Crosswinds type banquet hall w/ in-house catering. I enter and start snacking on some cheese & crackers, nothing fancy just pepper jack cubes and chedder with some crackers and punch. I'm just hoping it won't be one of those long drawn out receptions. Yes, I get it's your big day, but it's my day too, and please have some consideration. Time is money :) Things actually moved along quite nicely. The staff looked pretty young, but completely amazed me with their service and professionalism. I told them I needed a vegetarian plate and they took care of that. The remaining guests were served stuffed chicken w/ gravy which my mom said was very good, along with potatoes which were also very good, and green beans. The green beans looked like the life was zapped out of them, but don't all American-style cooked veggies? After a brief break, we were served the wedding cake and the cake was very tasty as well. Moist, light, with a lemon flavor. I sat and watched the bride having the time of her life flitting about the room and I thought to myself about my initial assessment "Wow, I was completely wrong." So it's all relative and I give this place four stars for a solid meal, attentive service, and great cake probably at a decent price. congrats to the bride & groom :) ps. Food was better than Martin's Crosswinds, and some of the Marriotts around town.

Let's start at the top they need to remodel and clean the carpet and the restroom was not the best water was running from one of the toilet, now for the food it was so so the chicken had been in the warmer to long the rolls were not covered and they were sitting out when we arrived and people with walking around past them looking for their seats the wait staff was walking around doing prayer it had on gloves never change them when they were cleaning off the tables and going back to replenish the food overall experience was not that good one more thing they put 10 chairs at 8. I held an event at the Forum 2 months ago. I am posting this review now because I tried to give the management/owners the opportunity to respond to my concerns. That never happened. The services I received were substandard. First the hall looked kind of drab. Aside from the lobby, the banquet halls are in serious need of an overhaul. When I had the opportunity to see the room prior to my event I thought it looked drab then because it was kind of dark and not decorated. I thought decorations would brighten it up. This wasn't the case. I arrived to my event to empty tables with nothing but a pitcher of water. No type decorations at all. Next, I didn't receive all the food I paid for. Although the representative working my party was very apologetic, the management just brushed me off. I had a band performance as well as presentations at my event. I expressed on several occasions throughout my booking process that it was important to have a stage. I even moved my event to another day to accommodate a stage. I arrived to my event to no stage. Again, when I expressed this to management, I was brushed off. Therefore, my band had to perform on the floor. The reason I booked my event at the Forum was because I wanted it to be worry-free on my part. What I received was not what I am used to comparing past events I've held and attended at the Forum. There were many other places I could have booked for thousands of dollars less and received the same if not better services. The only positive thing was the staff working my event was very pleasant. However, the management staff/owners did not seem to have a problem with my concerns. Therefore, I will not be booking any future events at the Forum. These are just my opinions of the services I received from this establishment.
