Wendy's in Millersville MD. Would give zero starts if possible. When I ordered, staff were abrupt over drive thru intercom. After I paid I was asked to pull forward. when I asked why since there were no cars behind me I was told they were on a timer and since they were cooking my burger it was going to be awhile and I needed to pull forward. I put my card in my wallet and my straw in my drink (less than a minute by far) and another young person opened the window to tell me I had to pull forward. When I got home my order was wrong and the burger was not freshly cooked as well as being very very greasy. I work hard for my money and don't take going out lightly. Will not be returning even though I've been a Wendy's fan in the past

Do not try to come here for a late night snack. They would not take my order after 12am when the window said drive thru open until 1am. I proceeded to call and they said they are only taking door dash orders

Food was good indeed, French fries had a nice kick and were generously filled with taki dust. The chicken sandwich on the other hand had a huge patty, with a mix of sweet corn and taki bits. I would say the only reason why I wouldn't give this a 5 stars is because I did not get my complimentary takis and the fries were not crispy and had a floppy structure. Would buy again if they fixed that issue, but besides that everything was amazing. The design of the meal and bags were amazing and workers were incredibly nice with fast service. Great food and great restaurant!

This Wendy's is trash. The fries were over cooked, nuggets cold asf, burger was sloppy. 5 ppl in front of me had to ask for napkins (including myself), the soda machine shot out soda on my white pants smh...Overall just shut down if y'all not gonna do better...does the manager not read the reviews on here

I have never been to this Wendy's without waiting over 10 minutes for my food. It's never busy when I go, so I don't understand why I'm waiting so long. No apology for the wait either.

This place has the worst employees, stood there 15 mins, they walked past me , never said will be right there, it was not busy at all. And finally I left, they had the nerve to say bye. I had one issue in March, but the manager was very apologetic about it and gave me my money back. I'll get to that in a bit. I went for lunch yesterday, and things had improved. It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either like it was in the past. Wendy's sets the bar low, and they met that low bar yesterday! Historical background: I went to this Wendy's a few times in 2017-18 as it's geographically the most convenient from my office. But let's be honest, I'm never so enthusiastic about Wendy's when there are lots of great options across one red light in the huge shopping center across the street. Chick FilA is actually my #1 option, but there is a new Panda Express, Boardwalk Burgers & Fries, Three Brothers, Moe's Southwest Grill, etc. And you have Wawa as well on the same side of US 1 Alt (Washington Blvd). A lot of better options. Health Value: The downside of all these great eating options are they are on the unhealthy side, but here's the thing, I sometimes will make a good decision and get a salad. There are three known possibilities for salads. Chick FilA, Three Brothers (I always get a slice of pizza & salad combo), & Wendy's. When I go to Wendy's, I almost never get the burger or fries. In addition to salad, I've also gotten their baked potato & chili, which is tasty. Price: When it comes to a salad, my first choice is Chick FilA, which is about $7.39. Wendy's is $6.99; so not a big enough difference to deal with slower & less friendly service than CFA. However, I determined that I will only go to Wendy's if AND only if I have a coupon. I've had a couple of $2 off coupons generally through the Wendy's app. That makes the price difference between Wendy's & CFA more than $2 and sways my decision to Wendy's. Early March: I got my usual Apple Pecan salad, which is quite tasty. There were a couple of visits to Wendy's, and I noticed that the service was extremely slow. After waiting in line for one cashier, I waited at least 15 minutes for my food on two occasions. I was hangry (adj. Bad-tempered or irritable as a result of hunger), which was just added to the Oxford English dictionary earlier this year. My g/f (now ex) gave me a T-shirt defining Hangry as a gift since I had been notoriously hangry from time to time. Since she is an ex, that t-shirt is currently a souvenir, but I will wear it in the future after some time has passed since I only got to wear it once. Back to the story at hand, 15+ minutes at a fast food restaurant, really?? It was ridiculous. When I finally got my food, I stormed out in anger sped up the hill back to my office. When I opened my food, I realized that there was not only NO pecans, which was one of the main selling points of the salad, there was also NO DRESSING! A salad with no dressing is like an emperor with no clothes. Now, I was really pissed. I let the people in the break area at my office know my extreme dissatisfaction of Wendy's. The people at my work may have thought I was a mad man. I told them I'm going to call to complain. I called, and the manager was very apologetic and said I could get my money back. I also told him that it took forever to get my food, and he said that he knew, they are short-staffed, and they are trying to hire more people. Regarding the salad dressing, luckily, I found some extra packets in the work fridge. When I went back after work, I got my money back, and I felt like since the manager worked with me, I will give them another chance. My Late March Visit: The service was still very slow 15+ minute wait, but at least the same Apple Pecan salad had all the ingredients in it. My one coworker said, "I thought you weren't going back to the Wendy." I explained that the manager resolved my issue giving my money back. Wednesday, May 9th: I decided to try their new Southwest Avocado salad. I was pleasantly surprised; it didn't take me that long to get my salad. I waited less than 5 minutes; so I was very happy. I was a little disappointed in the cashier. She called me up. Her register wasn't working, and she realized that she hadn't collected the money from the previous customer! So, I had to kind of awkwardly stand there to wait for them to finish the transaction. Also, she was not friendly, which isn't surprising. I've experienced worse at a Wendy's, but she genuinely couldn't care less about my experience; at CFA, I feel like they genuinely care, and even at most of the places around my office i.e. Wawa, etc., there is at least some warmth in the interaction. One positive note about the cashier was that she was familiar with the Wendy's app, and my $2 off went smoothly. The previous times times I went the cashier seemed confused by it. The salad was pretty good, but I like the Apple Pecan better. I feel that the container was too small for all the ingredients. They put cheese, avocado, & tomato in separate corners. I was trying to not make a mess at work.

I utilized the Wendy's app to place an order for lunch via the drive thru. The Wendy's app is user friendly. I identified myself and of my mobile order at the order station. I was instructed to pull up to the window. I was handed my requested menu items. I did not experience any difficulties at this Wendy's location. I was happy with my ordered lunch.
