This is our go to place when we want pasta and pizza. We’ve never had issues before. But this is a yikes one. I always order the rigitoni bolognese and margarita pizza for pick up and sometimes through Uber eats. I ordered today. They gave me cheese pizza and they put cheese on my pasta. (They have NEVER put cheese on my pasta). This is highly disappointing.

I went to visit my aunt in the Bronx the other day, we stopped in for lunch. I ordered the grandma pizza... and to my surprise this pizza was amazing! I'm a very picky person when it comes to pizza and I think this may be the best pizza ever! The dough was perfectly cooked- not too doughy, not too hard- the cheese was perfectly proportioned. It was simply divine. Not to mention the service was fantastic! My food came out quick. And the workers seemed happy to be there, and were very polite and tended to all of my needs. In the end, I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be my new go-to spot!

Ordered from Uber eats. Entirely wrong order sent. Got my money back, re ordered on Uber and a pie came again that was underdone doughy (I asked for well done) and as I eat a slice while I’m baking the other slices,  a long red blonde hair comes out my mouth. No one I know has that hair color. Mess up not once, not twice but three times. I wanna vomit thinking about it. The pizza that looks baked in the photo with the hair al a carte is from me cooking it in my oven

It's a grandma Sicilian pie, it's most definitely yours. just cause no one ordered with the name Ariana c doesn't mean it wasn't my delivery, someone else ordered on our behalf. You know exactly which order I’m talking about and if I ordered thru Uber eats why would I inconvenience myself after paying delivery fees to come to the store for your mistake? Uber advised us to replace the order due to your error.
Then you proceeded to give us our cold pie that was sitting on your counter that was given to the incorrect person, that I'm sure the box was opened by the person. Then proceeded to give it to us. That's not sanitary, I doubt you made a new pie. No one wants another a pie someone else touched. It's not my job to do yours correctly.

Funny how this business says at their expense yet they serve raw unsanitary pizza. Unfortunate the business owner blames its customers, owner likes to go head to head instead of taking responsibility.

P.s I hope your employees wear hairnets. No one wants hair in their food. Just saying

This used to be one of our go-to pizzerias, however in the last year, there has been a stark decline in food quality - At least in my opinion. We primarily order from here because my husband prefers their pizza to Crosby (which is my personal favorite because quality is key). But after today’s order, it will be some time before we order from here (at least for me).

I ordered the Mangia Mia Panini, to which I wrote ‘no peppers.’ It came with peppers, and I removed them. This wasn’t a huge deal but the minute slice of chicken that was on my panini was the last straw. All you tasted was the bread - not even the ‘fresh mozzarella.’

We called and were told this was ‘normal.’ It is not. I’ve had better sandwiches from the bodega. They did offer to send another, but noted it would be the same amount of chicken. I declined because I shouldn’t have to point out flaws in the quality of what was once a great establishment.

The pizza and pasta entrees are great, however I’d recommend sticking to those if you order from here.

Today I went in to eat with my family and I must say we were all very pleased. The food was amazing the service was incredible. The owner was kind attentive and ensure that we had everything we needed . We love the visit and appreciate the great service so I would definitely recommend.
