20 oz Australian Wagyu may be the best steak I've ever had.  beautifully marbled. It's not cheap, but for special once in a whiles, it's worth worth it.

Great steaks and service!!
I've had a couple of these steaks and they were the best - IMO much better than that midwest city named steak!
I ordered a couple of steaks for my son but somehow the shipping address did not take so the steaks arrived at my door - 2500 miles from where they were supposed to go. I  called and they immediately shipped a replacement package to my son at no additional charge. No questions  - no hassle.
What a great company!

Strip steaks looked great in packaging, but when put on grill they split into 2 thin fillets that were tough and chewy. Looked like 2 pieces of meat were put together.  Not for consumption. I hope i am not throwing rest of meat i ordered out. Happy mothers day! Not a fan!

The steaks are excellent.  You can taste the flavor from the aging.  It has somewhat of a Brie cheesy taste, so my 11 year old didn't like it (though he loves cheese).  The adults really enjoyed the flavor.  They were tender and you could see the difference even when cooked.  The brisket came a bit thawed and smelled funny, but they replaced it.  I would suggest to the company, maybe having the brisket cut into smaller pieces.  Will be ordering again.
