Had a pipe burst on Christmas eve. I didn't have a plumber. Taylor Group were the only one to answer the call today. Randy was very professional. He quickly diagnosed where the break was and replaced the pipe. He also waited around to make sure the heat was circulating throughout the entire apartment. Will definitely use them again in the future.

The field agent was very nice but he said everything looked ok and to send him a video when the issue was happening. I did that and nobody ever got back to me. I spoke to Denise and Gabby multiple times and nothing. Basically scammed me out of a $150 diagnostic fee in which the agent just said, “looks ok.”

He listened to the problems I had with the piping and gas, and he thoroughly explained next steps moving forward. He had the utmost of professionalism while maintaining a sense of true humanity, caring and understanding as I am the Caregiver of my Mom, and juggling multiple hats to maintain a household.
From first contact with Denise over phone, I knew in my heart I finally picked the right company. A company is much more than just customer service, it's hiring people who genuinely care about their customers and Denise showed that ten times over. She is the perfect person for this position!
