The pizza was like cardboard and mostly just hard bread. Worst pizza I’ve ever overpaid for . Below is a photo of our extra cheese cheese pizza.

So I ordered my three pizza's from papa John's. They all were received in a timely manner. After close inspection, one of my pizza's didn't have adequate amount of cheese. I didn't order extra cheese but it was obvious that a few spots didn't have cheese. This is the second time this happened. The first time, the manager gave me a refund. I called the store and the manager who inspected my pizza said it was fine. I have a photo of one the slices and you can clearly see that it's not cheese where it needs to be. My children got to the other half before I could get the full picture. I have contact Papa John's corporate and submitted a case for a refund. I would ask your employees to please try and pay attention and do your job to best of your ability. Stop being lazy.

So ordered a new yoork style pizza with Canadian bacon. When it arrives it has regular bacon. When I called they did offer a remake or refund but the attitude was bad.

When I questioned about the price they quickly corrected the mistake and was very friendly/professional.  I had a call In carryout order and they did a great job having it straight out of the oven and ready for us when we arrived.  Even with all they had going on with a huge delivery  their customers  come first and was greeted with a smile. They delivery guys in the big truck was awesome  as well! Good job papa John's employees  from near and far as well keep up the good work

This Papa John's Pizza restaurant has delicious food. The only mishap I had was with our delivery being extended due to the delivery person bringing the wrong order to my residence. However, everything was sorted out, and it really wasn't a big deal. I will order from this establishment again.
