Came threw  the drive thru to grab my son some food after a long day at wrestling tournament over in Weaver. We waited in line we pulled up to order was greeted my Miss Emily and let me tell you about her customer service. Her customers service deserves way more that just 5 stars I tell you that. She was patient and kind this is the two biggest things that really hurt restaurants today. (Two things that cost nothing) Emily they better pay to keep you because with that customer service someone will offer you good money to come work for them. Emily keep being you girl and I look forward to seeing you every time we stop by.

The latrine in this place is terrible! AC seems to not work well either , kinda hot and stuffy always. Staff is friendly and food is good. But the owner has to be neglecting this place or has no clue what condition it is in.....no soap..soap dispenser is broken...no paper towels....the toilet hasn't been cleaned for sure and the walls have patched holes and looks like it's truly just an after thought to take care of....UPDATE......so the generic response shows that Zaxbys has no clue what customers think or the experience they have..I went ahead and did another review through the site.....maybe the reason this is another example of terrible leadership from corporate down is why some locations are like this one.....it starts at the top.

As many times as we eat Zaxby’s, and keep giving them a try after bad service I’m just ready to give up. Tonight I ordered ahead, took me 35 almost 40 minutes to get through the drive thru and when I picked up my order it was cold. Went back and asked for them to just remake it hot. At first they looked at me like I was stupid.  They then took my food back through the window, then they come back and I was basically told the district manager said they could not remake the food or refund my money because I wasn’t there to pick up my food on time. When in all actually, I was in the drive thru line in plenty of time for my order to be picked up and hot. It took 35 minutes just to get through their drive thru. That’s a problem on management… Emma was the manager on duty tonight and I feel terrible for her. She should not have to clean up other people’s messes but she is absolutely precious and deserves a raise. It’s not the first time I’ve had an issue at this Zaxby’s. They should honestly be closed. Or under new management.

There's always such immature little kids working here last time the order taker was this young girl that was so high she couldn't stop laughing anytime anything came out of her mouth to the person in front of us and us too it was terrible they had no food ready had to settle for old nasty food. The chicken fingers are as long as a thumb it's truly a waste of money and the worst zaxbys ever. I don't know what kind of mange management let's their employees behave that way but they need to do a better job.

They could have informed me that when u order cheese bit they Don't give u sauce  no more for the cheese bite instead of ranch
