Ordered a veggie sub and a turkey salad no salad received. The sub sandwich  was so soggy and had so much mayo on it.  As many times me and my husband has ordered food we have never received  food like this !

The subs here are great! The ONLY negative is that they need to work on the ventilation, because it is always kind of smoky inside.

Someone stole my order and I'm told nothing can be done.   Then I had to ask for manager.  Like this is ridiculous.   This is why I rarely come to your restaurant.  Always something wrong.
You need to fix it where people can't steal.   The customer should not be told.  Sorry your order gone nothing we can do.
Luckily I threw a fit.  How many others got no food because we are told sorry.

This is one of our favorite places to eat. The quality of the food has gotten horrible. The young kids that work on afternoon shift just don't care. We have had so many orders that was wrong. The food is expensive to get poor quality of food. Need to take your day manager and let her work with them. Best service and food we received that was good she was working. We have decided to stop eating there until you care enough to fix problems.

Great subs! This is our go to place for brisket sub & steamboat sub fixes.  We've been craving them on a regular basis, nevertheless resisting the urge often to drop in our favorite sub restaurant. The staff get it right every time we visit.
