I've always past by this place I've always wanted to go but never had time so today I went in for some foos. I went in and orderd a pizza pizza was good and better then little Cesar's so that's a plus beer was nice and cold another good thing then I orderd some wings and omg the wings were so undercooked and looked so bad that I couldn't eat them. I had to take them home and cook them on my air fryer I was so disappointed because Krispy Cruchy Chicken is always delicious.. this was an abomination on Krispy chicken so let down.

Visited this store @5:30pm on 12/9 there was no one inside when I walked in.

I approached the counter and mentioned that this is my first time here and what’s the pizza like.

An employee in a white shirt said it was just like a “regular pizza” I asked again help me out and please describe what you like. He just repeated himself and seemed very disinterested in talking.

I asked for a small pepperoni because I wasn’t feeling like buying more based on his reply.  He took five minutes to give me a total and after I paid he mumbled it will take ten minutes and walked in the back.

Then a delivery driver came into the store so I decided to ask him what he liked about working here and if he enjoyed the pizza. This second guy had a beard and was super friendly and told me his favorite things to order. I then asked about the wings and he gave great feedback too.

I waited a little longer and this white t-short guy came out and mumbled the pizza is done and dropped it in front of me.  As he walked away I asked for cheese and peppers.

After he handed me some he said nothing & started walking away.
I said thanks and told him I was staying here for a week and I would probably be back. He just walked away gave no eye contact and seemed pre occupied.

After checking the pizza all the pepperoni was on the edge of the pie and none in the center. I know this guy made my pizza and it appears he hates his job as much as he hates talking to customers.

My advice is to hire people that are friendlier and enjoy promoting the business.

I will NOT return or recommend this place, which is sad to say the least.

A concerning lack of caring from the new owners.  I have not eaten the Chicago's Pizza side since changeover as the service I received from Krispy Krunchy Chicken was particularly bad.  Locals state this once legend is now leg-done!  Always empty lunch or dinner with no crowd when it was once packed.

Just destroyed this amazing custom pizza. Sweet chili sauce is super good! Second time trying Pizza with a Twist, and have since recommended to my friends! Can't wait to try something different the next time.

Warning- they are closed but their system still takes online orders!!!! I placed an online order that was charged to my credit card.  It said it would be ready on 40 min.  When I arrived there was a sign saying it’s closed.  I tried to call and it just goes to hold music so I have no way to resolve the issue with the company.  UPDATE: while the owner was fast to respond to my post, it was a full week and I had not received a refund for the order that was never fulfilled.  I had to file a fraudulent charge with my credit card.  Seems like he is more concerned about the review than doing what is right. 😞
