Service was amazing!! We got 2 the hotel @ 10:30pm & check in went smoothly. The person was friendly, helpful & personable. The lobby was nice & inviting. We were on the 6th floor & I like our room, but didn't love it. I think the bed should've been more in front of the tv instead of the "closet". I couldn't see the whole screen from my side of the bed (the right side). And I love watching tv when I'm in a hotel since I don't have cable @ home so this was disappointing. I did love the sofa lounger, it was comfortable!!! The toilet was very low 2 the ground. And I feel like the shampoo, conditioner, & body soap should've been @ the back wall of the shower, not the side wall. Bed was super comfortable & slept really well!!! I do recommend this hotel!!!

I am a Marriott elite member who travels a lot for business. When you're coming in from a long trip, the last thing you need is an attitude. The front desk people, especially the Russian woman, needs a lot more training in customer service especially when facing the traveling public.

Nice mid-range hotel with a good central location, reasonably priced for business or family travelers, it has the usual amenities and is fairly new.

I stayed here during a recent business trip. The front desk host was courteous and the check in process was fairly smooth. The parking was also easily accessible. The rooms however were not up-to the mark. The rooms were cleaned but definitely look old and not up to the Marriot standards. They have a good breakfast place and like any other courtyard their breakfast isn't included in the nightly rate. Given the accessibility in this location I might try a different place next time.

My family and I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott for a brief 2 day stay. The hotel has lots of shopping within walking distance with the Pruneyard on the same side of the street (which has a movie theater and lots of shops and restaurants) and Shopping area with a Wholefoods. There is parking near the hotel which the hotel charges $15/day. The hotel has an outdoor pool, exercise room, laundry room, and a very nice lounge area in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Since we had 2 young kids with us (8 & 10) we got the suite which was spacious. The room was updated and modern and the beds were very comfortable. The room also had a mini refrigerator and a microwave. Overall our stay was great and I would recommend it.

My friends arrived early Saturday morning, flying in internationally. They went to the front desk to see if it was possible to get their rooms early, as they are staying there the whole week. Guy at the front desk was beyond RUDE. I get it, chances of getting checked in early are slim, especially if the hotel is at 100% occupancy. But don't be rude. There are other hotels in Campbell to choose from.

I am a lifetime Gold member. Yet the front desk staff would not add my husband to my reservation even though they know the online reservation site doesn't handle this. Every other Marriott handles this at location upon call or chat function. Tyler refused and insisted my husband had to pay for a new reservation. Ended up having to pay for a room versus using my points. Very frustrating.

This is a typical Courtyard. Nothing fancy or memorable but it's a place to rest your head. I appreciated that when I called, they let me schedule a late check out days before my arrival as sometimes they will only confirm upon check in. My room was not the cleanest. There were some stains on the rug. They had full size toiletries mounted in the bathroom shower for eco-friendliness. The gym was decent but they didn't restock the towels the second day I was there. The gym had a water dispenser for convenient bottle refills. Not sure if this is typical but I had a lot of trouble getting an Uber at this location. Without a car, there are not many dining options close by.

This place needs some maintenance. The shower in our room had serious issues. I reported this to the front desk. Maintenance was not called and no offer to move us to a different room was made. When staying at a hotel one of the things most people want is a nice shower this was not possible. Our room was also noisy, didn't get much sleep. I will say the room was clean but like I said, needed maintenance attention. Front desk staff didn't seem to know their job and really could care less about their customers. Seriously lacking in the customer service department. Lobby, restaurant and bar area look really nice. We decided to eat dinner at the restaurant. We ordered burgers which were just sort of sloped together, terrible presentation and no condiments offered. We ordered ice water to drink, a refill on our water would have been nice. Sadly I do not recommend this hotel or restaurant.
