Fausto went above and beyond with a request to toss chicken strips in buffalo sauce instead of honey bbq :) we are lucky to live nearby and the staff are consistent with our orders and always friendly. Great team and happy to fill out customer service questionnaires for free dilly bars!

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this Dairy Queen. My son ordered a double cheeseburger and was given a single. When I went back to let the cashier know, he passed the message to the cook, what happened next was unacceptable. The cook grabbed another patty with his bare hands (no gloves), straight out of a container of cooked meat, added cheese, and microwaved the burger. I asked why he handled the food without gloves, and his response was that the FDA told them it's more sanitary to use bare hands than gloves. I find that very hard to believe and extremely unprofessional. On top of that, the entire kitchen area looked dirty and disgusting the surfaces didn't look clean, and the area behind the counter gave the impression that sanitation is not a priority at this location. Between the questionable food handling and the unclean environment, I left feeling uncomfortable and left the food that I had paid for. I won't be returning, and I suggest others think twice before eating here unless serious improvements are made.

I take my son to this location on occasion and the staff is always helpful, efficient and friendly. Today I'm writing a review because we ordered an ice cream cake from them. I was being annoying and calling asking when it would be ready and then last minute asking if they could change the message on the cake (from "Daddy" to Nick" because I realized not everyone calls my son's dad "Daddy") they took my request and were very patient with me. I was blown away how beautiful the writing was too! My party guests thought the cake was a delicious as it was pretty! Thank you so much for a wonderful birthday treat

Queen Better Days Founded in 1940, Dairy Queen is one of three country's oldest fast food restaurants, as even this location has been in operation since May 1965. Dairy Queen has grown steadily over the years, as they now have over 5,700 throughout the world in over twenty countries. Oh which 4,300 DQs are right here in the US, which makes it especially odd that we only have about a half-dozen throughout the Bay Area; this Campbell location is the only one stand-alone location in the South Bay. The Good: *Friendly service *Food was made hot-&-fresh *I got the #1 Double Bacon Burger and it honestly shocked me how good it was. I'd almost put it on-par with maybe even In-N-Out--but don't quote me on that. ;) *Onion rings were worth the $2 upgrade as they were crispy, delicious, and not too greasy. In other words, fast food onion ring perfection. The Meh: *I am not a fan of those fast food "ice cream" things with added candy, namely the DQ Blizzard®. I know you think I'm crazy, but hear me out, I am just not a fan of that weird fatty/oily texture those leave on your tongue. It just grosses me out and plus it was just so fucking sweet. The Ugly: *I know it seems so passé to talk about prices but holy Jesus these fast food prices are ridiculous as I paid almost $25 for a #1 combo, onion rings, and a small DQ Blizzard®. Conclusion: Great place to relive some nostalgia and grab a good fast food burger and fries/rings.

First time at DQ, had to try the Crunchin Cookie menu! It was definitely more crowded than expected but service was super quick and we got our order in less than 5 minutes. The parfait was good overall, but it might've been better if it didn't have plain vanilla ice cream and instead a different flavor. I tried a little of the shake but didn't really like it. Mostly clean overall but saw a crumpled used napkin in one of the booths we were gonna sit at.

Ridiculously long line in the summer, but the staff work QUICK! So I only waited maybe 15 minutes for a blizzard. The seating here is really old school, but there's a cute patio outside to eat ice cream too. My childhood favorites are the Cotton Candy Blizzard and Butterscotch Dipped Cones. Guilty pleasures! However, I highly recommend the cookie dough blizzard! This has become a favorite of mine lately.

Great crispy and good tasting fried chicken strips. Fries were crisp. Had different add-on flavors to Coca-Cola. $7 meal includes 3 chicken strips, fries, drink, and chocolate ice cream sundae!

Everything was good but one of the ice cream that had chocolate and peanut they did not have. But when we were ordering they told us that they had no peanut, so we just told them add more chocolate syrup. When it was getting made after we paid for it the came out a said that the didn't not have chocolate, so we just say do vanilla. They did give us a refund but we were sad that we did not get the ice cream we what.

My first time ever stepping inside a DQ. When entering, it stank so baddddd. Literally, held my breath. The workers are nice, but couldn't get over the smell. Sadly, I was not wowed by the ice cream, but maybe I'll give it a chance another time.
