September 24, 2024 and I walked in for a meat lovers burrito on my way home from dropping off the car at Wheel Works. The service was as good as always, as was the burrito. Although I was hoping to see Maria (she been there forever and has a great sense of humor). The brewed iced tea was wonderful as well.

Please don't say your restaurant is opened 24hrs... It's a lie. It's false advertising. Tonight their computers were "rebooting". Last week they announced they would be closed for an hour due to "maintenance". The time before, she didn't bother saying an excuse, they were just closed. Sorry, you guys are not open 24hrs. I wonder if the owner really knows his employees can be found kicking it at a table in the dining room, while they turn down customers??

Staff is friendly but I'm really disappointed in the food. Every time I come here my food is cold. They give me tacos that are dripping in grease and freezing cold. Curly fries that are old and cold.

Most crew member try doing their job properly... unfortunately some of them seem to have such a rude attitude. On May 29 @ 11:20am. Employee at cashier register who claimed to be named "Maria" was communicating (gossip) with the crew leader, instead of asking if i needed help. No sense of urgency, nor acknowledging walking in clientele, and the cherry on top... such a bad attitude. It felt that she was irritated to have to take my irder. Did not bother to ask me if i wanted anything else with my meal, nor handed my receipt when finished taking my order... To be honest she talks to much and every patron at the lobby can heard their unwanted personal conversation However, she likes to argue (confrontational), manager came out to communicate to the cree that effective next pay day, no one will be allowed to taje their check before 2:00pm. Of course... she had to argue about it. "Maria", as much as you dislike treating clients with respect (cordiality), clients do not want to heard your personal conversations. And I'm certainly sure that if you were the person outside the counter (client), you would understand how poor your id your service. It's not hard to treat clients with respect, if you want to be respected. Manager: perhaps this might be a good coaching experience fir you to train personal a bit better, and perhaps an opportunity for you to be cautious on the information shared with employees.

I came here tonight after a late concert in SF. I was feeling hungry and many fast food restaurants in the area close "early" and this location is open 24 hours. Luckily there was no line so I was able to order right away. The lady who took my order and gave me my order was really nice. You can tell she likes to interact with customers. I really appreciate all the people who work during these late hours to make sure we are fed! I'd for sure come back to this location, especially since they're open 24hours!

Its the neighborhood Jack in the Box. There is this one lady working the drive thru early morning hours, the receipt says Silvia. Always excellent and proficient. Seems like a reliable person.

Ordered spicy chicken sandwich with cheese. They forgot the cheese and I told that to cashier/manager , he handed over the cheese to me to put on my sandwich( no big deal I guess) But the chicken was really dark brown and kind of burnt and tasted burnt. Not sure if they over cooked it or fried the left over chicken again. Not a very pleasant experience. Please at least give quality food to the customers Jack in the Box It was online order.

UPDATE: As expected, no response after calling jack in the box corporate, using the link provided by "Spencer V" for customer issues, or Spencer V himself, who I wrote to personally. It's looking like cheap damage control. No response from corporate in two weeks as of 12/27. Ordered drive through from here today. I was called, "pendeja" for asking several times, politely, when paying and then when receiving my soda, to please get ranch. Apparently I'm an asshole customer with THE GALL of politely asking for ranch for my curly fries at an establishment selling food. Such an extravagant request. I called corporate and will update my review with the promised outcome. Apparently, this location's manager left by 12:30 today and could not take my call. I hope they can remind the staff that people speak and understand different languages. It's also not nice to be outwardly mean to people you think don't understand what your saying when you insult them to their face. Great staff they have here! (Just don't ask for ranch)
