Im not gonna lie they have The best Bun Bo Hue I have ever had in the Bay! I have tried different places in Vietnam town but VPho is my favorite the taste is close to my liking very similar to BBH in Danang city where I grew up to! So I highly recommend ! Their Pho is good~ the soup is nicely flavored. Cha gio is not bad, not the best and same as the other places. Banhmi is too dry on the meat, not recommended this. Waiters and waitresses are really nice and fast. Parking is plenty too!

One of my favorite Vietnamese spots in the Campbell area. San Jose is not too far from Campbell but if I'm feeling under the weather and not up to taking a drive, I make a stop at VPho I usually opt for the Vermicelli Bowl or the Bun Bo Hue (Spicy Beef and Pork Noodle Soup). The Bun Bo Hue is rich and fatty with a nice mild spice. If you aren't familiar with the flavor, it can be quite pungent but I generally enjoy the complexity of flavor of BBH compared to Pho. My partner usually goes for the Beef Pho. When you're under the weather, pho feels like a miracle cure. If you like chicken pho but prefer the darker meat cuts of chicken, check out their Free Range Chicken Pho. It's reminiscent of the chicken you would often find when eating a Vietnamese style chicken salad (Goi Ga).

Late night pho spot in Campbell?!? That's an automatic 3/5 minimum. Anything extra is just a bonus. Very surprised and excited that there's a pho restaurant that opens all the way til 10:30pm. I honestly didn't even care if it was good the day I walked in. Sometimes you just need a late night bowl on a cold day after a long day of work. The interior is deceivingly huge. The main dining room has super tall ceilings and they have booths quite literally everywhere. Tables are kind of high though. There's a more intimate dining room closer to the entrance by the bar. Service is nice. They're quick to order and come by a few times. It does feel kind of spooky because it's so empty and there wasn't music playing. The Safeway gas station lights also don't help the plaza look that inviting. Very convenient location though with plenty of parking. Ordered the house combination pho with fresh noodles which was a dollar ($1) upgrade. That stacked with the automatic 4% surcharge for credit cards brings the bowl up to $17.46 before tax. Really not a terrible price for this side of town. The noodles were great, meats were tasty, soup was lacking in depth. Not very beefy and didn't come out piping hot. It was still very enjoyable and I did finish. Overall, I can't quite push this to a 4/5 as there are better options in the area during the day time. It's right at a 3.5/5 for me (7/10). I would return and explore the rest of the menu when I'm lazy to drive across town. Great for the area. Food is a very respectable 3/5, half point bump for late hours every day. 11pm-3pm, 5pm-10:30pm at the time of this review. Hoping to update the review soon!

Couple thoughts: Ambience is amazing, usually pho places don't have the best seating arrangements and are cramped and crowded wjth hardly any seats. Vpho is very modern. Food was tasty and flavorful. Ordered the House Pho as well as the veggie broth. Your standard pho, thought they were a tad short on the meat. The table was a bit unstable, which was annoying but we dealt with it. The service here is not very fast. There was only 1-2 people on the clock and the restaurant was less than 20% full and it took a really long time to get the bill as well as utensils/ other items we wanted. Wish they had more staff.

After a long day of shopping, we decided to stop by here to order some food to go. We were greeted right away by a friendly waiter upon entering the restaurant. They have an extensive menu and they serve liquor as well. We ordered the grilled pork and egg rice plate, grilled chicken banh mi, and grilled pork banh mi. We waited for about 15 to 20 minutes for our order. The grilled pork was tender and juicy. The egg was cooked sunny side up. The bread for the banh mi sandwiches were very crispy and crunchy. The grilled chicken and pork were flavorful. The jalapeños added an extra kick to it. The prices are fairly reasonable and they were generous with the portions. We'll be back to try their pho and garlic noodles.

The vegetarian pho was decent, but not the best. I appreciated that for delivery orders, they packed the ingredients separately from the broth so nothing was soggy. They were also generous with the toppings and quantity of noodles. The tofu and mushrooms were tasty. I didn't care for the carrots, but was able to leave those out. The dish also came with vegetarian meat. The broth didn't taste very fresh to me. I also got a strawberry smoothie, which was delicious. It was not too sweet and very refreshing.

Reading the mixed reviews here gave me low expectations, but I still wanted to support Asian businesses in Campbell. We came around a Friday night, 8:30PM. Waited 5-10 mins to get seated, even though it wasn't particularly busy. They did seem a bit short staffed. Ordered the rib bone pho to share since we were only here to satisfy a pho craving having eaten a small snack beforehand. It came with 2 generous ribs, piping hot broth, and an ample amount of noodles that still would have left me full if I was not sharing. The broth, albeit delicious, tasted very oily so we kept wiping our mouths. Not sure if this was due to the ribs that flavored the soup. The dining area is large, but the disinfectant they use on the tables smells a bit like trash mixed with disinfectant. Deducted a star for this. Otherwise, I wouldn't mind coming back if I didn't feel like driving to ESSJ!

First time. A very clean and modernish restaurant with cozy booths in there dining area. Ample parking as this restaurant is located in a small strip mall. Staff was friendly and attentive. The food was served not long after order placement. The pho oodles are tender, but not soggy, broth is perfectly balanced. Filet mignon is pillowy soft. Meet easily slides off the bone. Egg rolls were filled and full of flavor , of good size, hot to the bite, and the skin was delicately crispy. A great find for a yummy meal.

Poorly handled service. I called to order 2 oxtail phos + a kids meal. We pick up our order and head home. Once we open our order, we see that there is NO OXTAIL and HARDLY ANY meat!! (Note: we've been here several times and know how much to expect). We call back, hungry and frustrated, telling the server the situation. He says he's not sure what to do. My husband has to recommend remaking the meal, but instead the server says he can talk to the chef to replace to missing meats and to come back so they can make it right. My husband drives BACK and all they gave us was a two pieces of oxtail in a small to go bag?? No other compensation considering the fact we had to drive back for their mistake and wait again at home to reheat our meal. In the end driving back for two small pieces of meat wasn't worth it. The experience was frustrating and frankly a waste of our time and money. Hopefully the owners see this review and consider serving their customers better, whether dine in or to go, especially when it's the restaurants mistake.

Ordered two chicken pho with fresh noodles the other day for the in laws. They were delicious! Flavorful and I love how I didn't see fat bubbles in the broth. I wanted some clean delicious pho for the in laws and I could tell they liked it. They weren't feeling food from a cold and they felt much better the next day and the hubs said it's from the pho lol. We did take out so I'm not sure how it is inside the restaurant but will check it out again soon!
