Non-likes: - System said order will be ready at 1:10pm. I walked in 1:12pm, turns out they had barely started on it. Order was ready 6min late.

Sad excuse of a store. 30 minutes for an online order for two subs and a completely empty store. Started making them after I asking where my order was.. little to no meat for a $20 sub???? Jokes. Won't be back to this location. The 17th street jersery mikes has better subs and better service. Skip this one and go there.

There was such a disruptive customer in the store when I went in today around 12:15-12:30. He was using extremely foul language (N word, F word) and more. His complaint was people parking in the handicap spot without a placard. - I was not parked in Handicap spot. He was so distracting that the Giant sandwich I ordered did not come out with what I ordered. The 1 star is because I tried calling the store 3 times to see how they would deal with this. No answer. The customer even raised his fists to me after I asked if he was parking patrol. I told him there was children inside and to watch his language. $18+ sandwich for my wife and I that's not what we expected. Lame.

Great app to order ahead for pickup. The Mercado parking lot is busy so park right where the store is. Parking moves along nicely. Workers have always been friendly and efficient. The sandwiches are great! A #13 Mike's way has just the right amount of tang!

Last night (7/1) i ordered a giant #9 and a giant #64 (a MEATLESS sandwich) , and seemingly had no problems in-store. when i got home and unwrapped my sandwich, the first thing i see was that it wasn't cut. a little annoying, but ultimately no big deal. the first couple bites i took we're only bread and veg, until i notice a different texture. i haven't eaten meat in almost 10 years, so i was confused and asked my partner to check it out. WHY WAS THE SANDWICH FILLED WITH CHICKEN?!?!?! i straight up heard the girl at the cold sandwich station tell the girl on the flat top that "#64 is with american" after i asked for that cheese instead of swiss. so if #64 is a MEATLESS sandwich, why was mine filled with meat? i couldn't even return the sandwich because i had to make a few stops after leaving the store and it was already closed when u got home. i've never had problems with this store before, but other than food poisoning this is literally the worst thing they could have done. i paid $22 for this sandwich i couldn't even eat. y'all need to get it together because y'all already only have 3 stars here and can't afford to lose any more. i want my money back

Okay this is an honest review since I always walk by but actually have not gone in Today I wanted a quiet place to work and grab a bite to eat The workers are sweet and friendly For a sandwich shop the one that I got was delicious the #13 And it's a small shop quiet and definitely clean not messy at all I recommend coming back again
