This is one of my favorite coffee places in OC! It's a small coffee shop in a little shopping center. There's usually parking when I go during the week. They have some cute wall decor, merch, and a fridge filled wirh a variety of snacks from different vendors. I've never had any problems with the taste of my drinks, even when I order on DoorDash. The barista's here are all super friendly and I get my items fairly quick depending what time I go! My favorite drink is the iced salted caramel latte and the cookie butter cap (seasonal).

Avocado toast 5/5 Bomb all around, super flavorful with great bread and lots of avocado Portuguese sausage Breakfast burrito 2/5 This was ok, I wouldn't get it again. Not worth the calories when it came with a soggy hash brown and the avocado tasted kinda funny. The sweet and tangy salsa made it taste better for sure. Work in progress is still my fav for the price point Caesar salad wrap 3/5 I found it ok, bae really liked it. I liked it more when I bit into the cheesy parm parts, but it didn't taste overly dressed, yet nothing really stood out about it. Avocado toast with chili oil 3/5 It was fine, prolly wouldn't get it again. Even tho I love the combo of flavors with the cucumber and chili oil, something about it is "ok" Earl grey latte with pistachio milk 4/5 This is good, not amazing. It has a strong earl grey flavor and the pistachio milk makes it nondairy with a hint of thickness. I subbed honey for my own stevia. Service 5/5 The people that work here are very friendly and will change anything you don't like. Stellar service Parking 3/5 If you come at odd times, there should be parking, otherwise parking sucks.

First time will be the last time for me after my experience yesterday. I placed an order via DoorDash thinking it would be ready by the time I arrived some 20+ minutes later. Turns out it wasn't. 3 customers who came after me in-person and ordered their items got their drinks before I did and left. I just stood there dumbfounded. The barista filled up the cup of ice and left it there until the 3 other orders were fulfilled too. I could literally see the melting ice water pooling on the bottom of the cups. The drinks weren't even filled all the way to the top and tasted like crap. It had green coloring and pink colorings. Yes. Looking like a proper matcha latte of sort. Did it taste like one? ABSOLUTELY NOT. Instagram worthy but just without the good taste to go with it. Crazy all I tasted was straight up sugary milk........and I didn't even leave the store until some aeons later. That's a lot of waiting especially given the fact that I placed the order online, gave it 20 minutes prior to my arrival, and walking out some 30 minutes later. That's nearly a whole freaking hour. And the snarky snooty attitude of the associates there? Totally uncalled for. I'm the one who wasted time literally waiting. Not my fault nobody got around working on my order so you can just hand it to me. Also not my fault there's nowhere for me to sit as all the tables were occupied. What on earth did you want me to do about it? Sit on the toilet and wait? The visit would have been somewhat redeeming if the actual drinks tasted good. But given the amount of time waiting + lack of drink quality + bad customer service, this place is somewhere I would put on my personal Maverick list. Don't tell me I didn't warn ya!

A nice spot for coffee in the Costa Mesa area and not too far from the beach. It's a small space and can be a bit cramped but it's still a great spot to get some coffee and seasonal drinks. We ordered the watermelon mint matcha soda and it was super refreshing. I would definitely get this again! It's perfect for a summer day... not too sweet, and you can taste all the elements of watermelon, matcha, and mint. However, the drink is $7, so it's not the cheapest out there. The iced latte was pretty standard and gets the job done for coffee cravings. All the staff were nice and friendly. It's definitely a place to hang out or study. There's plenty of parking outside as well.

I've been to NUDAE a few times, so I thought I'd give it a try again while in the area, but I was unfortunately still not a fan. From the times I've gotten an iced matcha latte, they've been ok but sometimes it feels very chalky. I also recently tried their Campfire Latte (on their Summer menu) -- it was ok, but it just felt super chocolatey from the drizzle even after mixing it a lot. I'm sure they have other drinks that taste good though since they have so many options, especially from their Summer menu. The service is good too and the inside seems like a nice place to work or hang out at!I loved the vinyls hung on the wall. The drinks also come out pretty quickly.

Good grief this place is good! I had a decaf Perfect Company & the Sunrise Burrito & added bacon & avocado. It was so delicious! Both bursting with flavors.

A small cozy coffee shop nestled in an unassuming strip mall in Costa Mesa. It gets pretty busy on the weekend, so expect a short line. The decor and vibe are clean and chill. The space inside is small and cozy, and there are a few tables outside. We got the Sunrise Burrito with Bacon ($15) and the Pork Adobo Banh Mi Panini ($14) for food. Both were fresh and yummy. Quality and taste definitely are superior than a lot of other cafes. Drinks wise we got a latte and a strawberry matcha latte. They were pretty good too. The strawberry matcha looked so pretty and came with freeze dried strawberry toppings, which was unique. It is apparent that the owners have put a lot of thoughts into creating the space and the menu. I would definitely come back.

If you come on a weekend, be prepared to wait but that's how you know it's good, right? My fiancé and I were going on a photo adventure and needed some coffee to fuel us. The amount of times we have driven by this place and never been is quite a tragedy seeing as how much we enjoyed ourselves. We went on a Saturday and although we waited a bit, we found a table right away since most of those who ordered took it to go. We tried perfect company (yum), this cranberry orangey tea situation (also yummy but on the seasonal menu) and the breakfast sandwich which was absolutely delicious and I'd go back just for the sandwich although I fear it was also a season situation. All in all, I'd definitely come here again and try more things!
