Parking: parking available next to the restaurant (parking lot) Ambiance: cute ambiance and family friendly. Spacious. Food: food was delicious, got their pasta and I enjoyed it a lot. Price: it is a bit pricy but their lunch special is decent.

My friend took me here for my birthday, and we ordered the funghi pizza and raschiatelli pasta, both recommended by the waitress. The pizza was a bit underwhelming--the crust was extremely thin and lacked much flavor, though the presentation was nice. The pasta, on the other hand, had a tasty breadcrumb topping and a pleasant spicy kick. Service was quite inconsistent. Our server checked on us frequently at the start and during the meal, but when we needed her toward the end, she was nowhere to be found. We eventually spotted her helping other tables, and it took a while to get her attention. The interior is dimly lit and cozy, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Parking is conveniently located behind the restaurant.

I was definitely impressed with OSPI!!! It was definitely a restaurant to be at- it was busy with every table booked! All of our dishes were delicious except for the beef tartare ( it was lacking flavor) Also our waitress was awesome! Jackie was engaging and fun. She definitely made the night more fun! Will def be back!

Beautiful restaurant! Great spot for a date or girls dinner night out. We had the kale salad, Cacio e Pepe and spicy rigatoni. Cacio e Pepe is my favorite so I just had to try it. Flavor wise was on point but the texture was stodgy and seized up almost as soon as we got it which was disappointing. It was too clumped up to even separate to portions so it made it difficult to share. Spicy rigatoni was good. Spicy and good sauced flavor. Kale salad also really good. Knife work and fine chop on the kale was impressive and made it really easy to eat considering how coarse kale is. We ended with the cannoli, Nutella mousse and vanilla gelato. Cannoli are great and I'd come back for those as well. Rebecca's margarita was also delicious and had a fun foam on top. All in all a great vibe and environment tucked in a quiet small corner.

The pasta was amazing. It tasted fresh made, sauces were on point. However, the portions were super small. It's not because the food is too rich..,it's simply too small of portions. But when the food is as good as it was, you just suck it up..,or get appetizers, salad, etc. Service was friendly although not too attentive. Unfortunate part of my experience and a note to newcomers... sitting outside seems like a good idea but if you get too close to the street, you're going to smell sewage and feel like the cars are 3 feet away from your face. Wished we sat a little further back. Aside from that, I'd go here on a regular basis.

Cute place, but the food was overpriced for the portion size and quality. The fungi pizza had a consistency similar to a cracker, which was unexpected, and the raschiatelli was about the size of an appetizer despite being priced as an entree. Our server checked on us several times within the first few minutes of being seated, then could not be located for the next half hour or more. I was underwhelmed by both the service and food and would not necessarily return.

I went here with my friend for their happy hour but they removed their 3 for 33 deal :( We ordered the vodka pizza, the lusty martini, and a glass of rose. Vodka pizza: 6/10, I usually love thin crust pizza but the crust was so unbelievably thin here and it was tough to chew. It was really hard to get a clean bite and felt like I was playing tug of war with it. I did like the flavor though, it was spicy and tasted like spicy rigatoni pasta. Drinks were good but a bit on the strong side if you like that!

Ospi has been all over my social media but was a little hesitant to try this place due to all the mixed reviews. Ospi is a well known Italian restaurant from Venice that's finally made its way down to OC. You can choose to dine out in the beautifully lit patio or darker yet still modern inside dining room. I highly recommend making a reservation online as to avoid a wait (you can also specify if you want to sit on the patio or dining room). The food is a little on the pricier side for the portions but I've just come to accept that about Italian food. The kale salad was one of the best things I've ever eaten; it was chopped fine and not tough at all. The dressing was so citrusy, bright and sweet which was perfectly balanced with the crunchy almonds and bites of creamy avocado. The meatballs were tender and smothered in tomato sauce which paired perfectly with the crusty toasted bread. I was told by the sever all of thier toasts are made from bread made fresh from the bakery (Rye Goods) next door. The kanpachi crudo was average. Not good nor bad but very forgettable. On to the mains! All of the pizzas have an option to make it "saka-style" which means the pizza comes with a side of stracciatella to dip in. We opted for the vodka pizza which was delicious although very light on the sauce with dollops of stracciatella on each slice. Do note the pizzas here are Roman style and thus are VERY thin and cracker like. Don't expect thick, saucy and doughy pizza or else you will be disappointed. I also tried the mandilli and tagliatelle: both pastas were not al dente at all :( it was more on the overcooked mushy side and the flavor of both were very mild and light. The wide flat and thin shape of the mandilli combined with how overcooked the pasta was resulted in a giant clump of pasta which wasn't the most enjoyable. Overall the service is good and aesthetic of the restaurant is beautiful. Perfect for a casual lunch or dinner date. The food is slightly above average but a little pricey. I can see myself coming back here if I'm craving a lot of carbs or for a celebration.

Came for lunch and the spicy eggplant, cucumber salad, and margherita pizza were delicious! Service was great as well and there weren't too many people in the restaurant so it was quiet enough to chat across the table.

The restaurant inside and out is gorgeous and lovely vibes, always vibrant anywhere you sit, even the bar. Food is always solid. This time tried different things that I normally don't order. Cucumber salad was maybe a little too savory for what I was expecting but overall very fresh and crisp. Cauliflower was amazing, probably one of the best I've ever had. The sauce and the dates were just really well put together in this dish. Definitely recommend. For pizza I usually like the Campione the best. I generally like their pizzas since it's really light and doesn't fill you up too much. Our server was amazing and we had a great time. Espresso martini can be done a little better though, not sure if exactly why but I just don't love it here. My favorite dish on the menu is the Mandili pesto, which is out of this world! Will be back soon!
