Ordered 1 large pizza and 1 extra large pizza with delivery = $60. Received 1 large pizza and breadsticks. 2 hours later and 5 phone calls to Papa John's and doordash no fix. I called Papa John's the next day and even contacted customer service on the website with the order # and still nothing. I feel like I was ripped off. We won't be ordering from them again.

It's wild that this Papa John's can even average UP to 2 stars. Absolutely disgusting. Ordered the Zesty Italian Trio, luckily I ripped the sticker holding the box together to see if they got the order right. They were missing the banana peppers. When I told the hillbilly with no front teeth working there, he acted like I was inconveniencing him with my request to get the pizza I ordered and paid for. He didn't want to remake it, so he just threw banana peppers onto the already made pizza with the dirty hands that he picked my spicy garlic sauce off of the ground with. A lady behind me was so disgusted by the interaction, she changed her mind and did not end up ordering the large pepperoni pizza that she had planned to order.

Received pizza with a piece missing and the chicken bites had the seal broken. Been trying to contact the store for 5 days with no luck, upper corporate sends me to store then no answer.

The person who answered the phone was horrible at customer service. Didnt explain the specials well and had an attitude so I ordered from my usual spot. Coulda had a new customer but I dont give my money to ungrateful businesses

Two stars because delivery guy was pleasant and food was edible. Beyond that, the store gets nothing positive. The delivery was 45 minutes late and it was a delivery I had planned hours in advance so it was not a last-minute order. Also I got the thin crust pizza and it was like eating cardboard. Not very tasty at all and it arrived at room temperature. Clearly it was left sitting out because on the app tracker it showed it was ready to be delivered for 30 minutes. Fail.

Put in order at 10:15am. Waited until 10:45 to call. Store is closed, called corporate they state no one is answering the phone. I try the door at the actual location its open. Lady at front didnt care that corporate called and no one picked up. Corporate called my cell back and asked to speak to the employee through my cell phone because they didnt pick up. Pathetic.

Ordered a Shaq a mini and added sausage. Pizza came with only sausage. I tried calling 3 times and no one answered. I put a request in for someone to email and haven't received an email. Don't plan on ordering from them again.

Nothing really to say other than it's just not good pizza. Not sure what I was expecting, but store brought frozen pizzas are $7 and taste twice as good. Might as well save the money and avoid this place.

My 25-30 minute delivery time turned into an hour and a half....and the food still isn't here... If I would have known it was going to take this long, I would have ordered from somewhere else. Update: FINALLY got my pizza and it was cold. Don't order from here. The worst.
