I love this chic fila! I have been going here for three years, and their staff is always friendly and welcoming! I go here pretty often, and sometimes even right when they open at 6:30am. I remember when I was there early before my physics finals, and a staff member gave me a complimentary milkshake because of how sad I looked! I will never forget that moment. (Please bring back the banana pudding milkshake) The new summer menu with the sprite things is alright. The lemonade and sprite is very syrupy and sweet, but if that's how the chic fila company wants it to be made, it's fine. Would recommend to ask for less sweet or dilute it with water. I have a sweet tooth myself, but damn that was absurdly sweet. Also the prices are kinda getting high.. but with the economy and all that it aight. Looking forward to dining here again!

EGG, CHEESE, SAUSAGE BISCUIT: -- nice tasty soft biscuit, pretty on point with texture and taste -- doesn't taste like chicken sausage but not exactly pork so should be chicken -- American cheese is not delicious but it suffices (where's the cheddar?) -- a moist sandie, not dry, tad crumbly RATING = A EGG, CHEESE, BACON BISCUIT: -- similar but not as tasty as the sausage one -- bacon is not great for some reason, not salty or good texture RATING = B+ HASH BROWNS: -- nickel size fatties -- nuked 24 seconds -- nice flavor -- texture pretty good -- used some ketchup on some -- not dry RATING = A Their breakfast is solid. I will do dine-in sometime on a Saturday at the one near my home.

Ordered grill chicken sandwich. Bread was stale. Top bun was squished in middle. Out of tomatoes. They should just stop preparing food and reduce menu so they can focus on getting something right. People at front seemed to be nice and helpful but with poor food quality why bother.

Busy spot since it's close to UCI and lot of food spots in the plaza with people. Always check your order since the workers tend to forget items all the time. Been more times than I count where I'm missing multiple items in my order which is a hassle

We will keep this short and simple. The location of this chick-fil-a is super convenient (my fitness studio is in the same center) If you use the app and walk over it pick up your food it doesn't get any easier. The staff is always super friendly and attentive. They keep their online/app orders behind the counter so that random people can't just come in and help themselves to a little grab and go (which I personally really appreciate) It's got a decently large sitting area, is always kept clean, and there are always families and college kids filling the space so it's super inviting. What not to like? Oh and if you don't want it deal with any of that, there's also a drive through!

Do not come here on Monday nights. Many of the people working that shift are mean, judgmental, and straight up bully their customers. I previously frequented this location on Monday evenings, but had to stop going because the staff made it so uncomfortable. On a Monday night my partner and I came to this location near closing, ready to pick up our mobile order. Right after we got to the speaker and said the name for the order, we heard a loud burst of laughter from multiple employees. They spent a good minute laughing at us. When we picked up the order at the window, the employee helping us made very passive aggressive comments about how we are their most consistent customers. I submitted a complaint about the incident to management using the app, but they never even got back to me. This wasn't an isolated incident either. I would often hear the staff making judgement comments about other customers, like "What's the point of ordering a salad AND a milkshake?" Better to just avoid this location so you can enjoy your food in peace.
