This is the second Sgt. Pepperoni's Pizza location I have been to, same as the last one, really enjoyed the food. Pizza is very good, lots of variety with pizza by the slice with various crust options. The house salad was huge with lots of toppings and the blue cheese was excellent, one salad enough for 2-3 people easy. They also have beer on tap, deserts, etc. These locations are a play on The Beetles Sgt. Peppers, with Beetles photos, etc. on the walls inside. Inside has a good amount of seating, bench style as well as bar seating, they have TV's all around and they also have a large patio that looks like it is about the same size as the interior. The servers were nice, once we ordered, they bring the food out to you and made sure we had what we needed. Once you are done they clean up the tables for you as well. Great experience, great pizza and salads, check them out for a casual night out. Enjoy!

I'm a regular at Sgt. Pepperoni's and have even used them for work events, so I know how great they usually are. This time, though, was really disappointing. I placed my order a day in advance for a 5:30 pickup, knowing Halloween would be busy. I arrived about 7 minutes early and ended up waiting in line for around 40 minutes just to check on my pizza. Even after that, the order still wasn't ready, and I eventually asked for a refund after waiting an hour and 40 minutes total. I could tell the staff were doing their best in a hectic situation, but we asked four different people about our order and it was clear our ticket wasn't being processed. I completely understand that holidays can be chaotic, but I hope the team can find a better system for managing pre-orders on high-volume days.

I forgot my lunch and had to order delivery to my office. I ordered a 1/2 and 1/2 specialty pizza and I was not disappointed. I've heard many things about this location, but I have never been. 14" HALF & HALF SPECIALTY PIZZA (pepperoni and margherita). The dough was slightly sweet, which I really liked. That cheese and the sauce were perfectly balanced, and the toppings were good. Used door dash to place my order and it took about an hour to get it. The pizza was still good despite the long wait. Next time I will order pick up so I can try it freshly made.

Late nite stop for a quick bite to eat. We arrived a little before closing. Thankfully they allowed us 10 minutes to gobble our food. We were all impressed with the pizza! We ordered the large, it came with 8 total slices and a Caesar salad. The vibe was super casual since it's so close to UCI.

Sgt. Pepperoni's has always been a reliable and comfort pizza place for my friends and me. We usually go to the one in Costa Mesa, but we're happy that one opened up in Irvine. My only experience with this store has been with online order and carryout, but we have never run into any issues with our orders and the food has always been great. The store itself has generous patio and indoor seating, my interactions with the workers have always been positive and they are proactive and helpful. There definitely is a lively feel to the store, especially with the various events that they run throughout the week. My go-to pizzas here are the Meatball Ricotta, Hawaii Five-O, and the BBQ Chicken. The ricotta and meatballs on the Meatball Ricotta are some of the highest quality and best pairings on pizza I've ever had. The Hawaii Five-O is a nice premium version of Hawaiian pizza, also with ricotta that complements it well. The BBQ Chicken is a solid sweet and savory option that goes well with any order. All of their pizzas have great dough texture, as well as flavor that stands out, but doesn't overpower the pizza. I also love that you can do 1/2 and 1/2 on their pizzas to get variety as well. If there's a solid pizza place to recommend in the area, Sgt. Pepperoni's is one of the first that would come to mind. I look forward to the next time I order from here!

Recently, our department at work had a pizza party and the boss bought a bunch of pizza from here. Honestly, I'm not a big fan of pizza, but I had 2 slices of the meatball ricotta. It was one of the best pizza that I've had in quite some time! This could sway me to give pizza a chance in the future when deciding what to eat.

This place is getting popular because the food is good, but the service and efficiency are SOO bad now. For two times in a row over the past month I've ordered several hours ahead to pick up for dinner. Both times, the pick-up order was ready 25-30 minutes past the order time. Again, the food is wonderful but I'm super disappointed in the service and speed.
