Fantastic food, ordered the #4 and #14.
House special beef noodle soup, amazing. Good portions too. Fried noodles also really good, liked the soup the most. Would recommend again

The signature wife's special was quite good, the pork was very tasteful. The signature beef noodles was very authentic, the broth was light and flavorful, the beef was tender and tasty. Good quality food, large portions and reasonablely preced. The service was excellent.

5/20/2023 The Wife's Special Noodle with Fried Pork (He Lao Style) 老婆小炒肉河捞面 is the best needle with an elastic and silky taste (great sauce). The noodle is home made.

No wonder it is mentioned at the Michelin 2019 and 2021 Guide.

Authentic Chinese food specializing in noodles.  Beef and pork on the limited menu, no chicken.

House special fried noodles with pork was excellent.  Also had pork meatballs and cilantro pork dumplings.  All excellent and a nice proportion.

Only 6 tables, luckily 1 available when we arrived at 1:20 pm.  We will come back.

I got the wife's special noodle and it was amazing. It comes out with braised beef, ground pork, tomatoes and eggs, and sliced cucumbers. You have to mix the whole thing together and the dish is greater than the sum of its parts. Everything complements each other and the noodles have a really nice bite to them. I keep thinking about it and have to come back to try their other dishes! The only thing I would add is that it's not a spicy dish but there's plenty of chili oil you can add to it. Very low key environs but you're there more for the food anyway.
