The ramen was very good and I really enjoyed the noodles, you could tell that they were homemade. As for the broth, had great flavor, both the pork and chicken.

The spicy edamame wasn't spicy at all. In fact it just tasted like warm mayonnaise had been spread on it.. don't recommend at all.

The chicken thigh that comes on top of the chicken ramen was good but very hard to eat. You do want to cut it up and put it into the broth of the ramen otherwise the chicken tastes very dry.

cute humble place with delicious lotus root chips and green tea mochi… but there was only one vegetarian option on the menu which is not a problem as long as the ONE option is really good, except it wasn’t 😭 there wasn’t any depth of flavor to the broth, the noodles were too chewy and obviously underdone (even though my friends who got a non vegetarian options seemed to have perfect noodles), and the amount of tofu given did not justify the insane price for a bowl of soy sauce water and noodles. pretty disappointing for the ramen, although i’m sure the non vegetarian options were great and i did enjoy the chips and mochi. would definitely recommend other places for ramen instead!

Super overpriced! Slow bad service and a shady "kitchen service charge" that is illegal. Really great ramen, broth is so yummy and tasty noodles. Small portion for such high price, you can order extra noodles, meats and other stuffs but your dish would be like $40! I won't be coming back here again, go once to see for yourself but I highly doubt you will be a regular.

I found the food to be extremely good and enjoyed all the interesting flavor profiles. The only reason why I wouldn't go back is because of the mandatory kitchen appreciation charge of 4.5%. We asked for it to be removed, but they denied, so tipping was adjusted accordingly.  Nice to have the experience, but we also came from Ventura so once will have to do.

This ramen restaurant is AMAZING!!! It's all about the broth and handmade noodles. I've been here multiple times, and the truffle oil infused broth is the thing of dreams. I typically order their creamy fusion. Also, I love that they have non pork options for the wantons. Seriously, this is the 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!!
