I was visiting here last summer, and I think they provide top tier services and foods for me. It’s one of my favorites restaurant. The food is very delicate and delicious. And the flavor is balanced, i remember the taste until now. The quail here is I feel most tender meat until now. And the presentation is great to see how chief to make these beautiful dishes. Hopefully I can get another chance to have it again.

We loved our Maude experience. The dishes were so well presented, flavorful, interesting and ultimately filling. The small format boutique setting was wonderful and we felt we had all the attention in the world, yes didn’t feel smothered. The surprise for dessert was a great twist and perfect way to wrap the evening.

Very creative menus, and a great progression among the courses. We for sure experienced several new flavors. Dishes were technical yet approached and plating was beautiful. We tried the reserve wine pairing which complemented the dishes perfectly. The space is beautiful and cozy and the staff makes the experience very warm and comfortable.

We like to try Michelin Starred restaurants when we’re on vacation and this was our favorite place, so far. We were pleasantly surprised with every tasting and some dishes really knocked it out of the park. I would describe each dish but it’s a changing menu so it wouldn’t be helpful here. I can say that every dish was prepared perfectly, delicately flavorful over the top and most of all delicious. The staff worked together as a team, serving our dishes in sync; they were very informative and expertly described each dish as it was served.
I’ve been a fan of Curtis’s for a very long time and he just happened to be there enjoying a meal with his family, which was very exciting for me. I wanted so badly to act like a tourist & fan & ask for his autograph, but it seemed like it wasn’t the right thing to do, at the time, so I respectfully let them have their meal in peace. I’ve seen his current works on PBS; Field Trip With Relish. He has a special gift of portraying the wonderful feelings of traveling and discovering the local foods in whatever region he’s visiting. I felt that way eating at his restaurant, like being transported through food, to this region. I’d love to be at one of those dinners, Ooh La La! Thank you Curtis for all your creations…We ❤️ Maude. Amazing experience! The food was super fresh and some ingredients were directly plucked from the flower in front of me. The pigeon was to die for and the abalone was the best abalone I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating.

For dessert you go to a different room which had a very different ambience.

Loved the creativity of all the different foods. Would definitely come again to try out another tasting menu in the future!

Över toppen. Jag har varit på liknande restauranger och var mycket tacksam för de mödor de tog med detaljerna. 

Vi gjorde vinet para ihop med måltiden och de var väl utvalda. Allt var bra. Mina favoriter var tonfisk och tomatilloblommor, hälleflundra, ostkors, krabba med kaktus och brödet. 

De nya besticken och glasen med varje rätt och dessert bredvid. 

Det är dyrt och om du vill skämma bort dig själv är det här det. 

Vi tog och Uber över och gick tillbaka till Beverly Hilton - det var den perfekta temperaturen och skyltfönster och restauranger gjorde det underhållande.

Detta var ett underbart sätt att ha en natkväll i LA. Vår server var fantastisk och tyvärr var det hennes sista dag innan han övertalade en fotogrpahy karriär. Jag älskade Picknicken särskilt en liten burk med inlagda grönsaker från hyllan.

Curtis Stones hyllning till sin mormor är en verkligt transcendent upplevelse. Hans flersättningsmeny har en berättelse och tema som är inspirerad av Sonoma. Skönheten i Sonoma är uppenbar är den skiktade kursen av färska råvaror och kött, kompletterad med fantastisk vinparning. Gick till Maude för min gfs bday, platsen var i hennes lista efter att ha träffat kockgatan en mat- och vinfestival.

Jag är inte säker på kostnaden / värdet av vinparret men vi tog t ändå. Hällen är lätt men urvalet var bra och maten var mycket bra. Efter middagen drycker på övervåningen är intressanta som en förändring av inställningen och personalen var mycket uppmärksam förutom att vi inte deltog till efter ett par som satt 15 minuter efter oss. Vi väntade på någon i cirka 20 minuter. Efter det var allt smidigt segling så jag kommer fem fem stjärnor för hela upplevelsen. Skulle upprepa.

Vi hade en fantastisk tid på Maude. Vinprovning-menyn var utmärkt med öring och anka som standout-disken. Vinparing menyn var mycket bra. Efter att ha varit lite fan av Curtis Stone i många år efter att ha sett honom på Masterchef Australia många månar sedan, var vi tvungna att besöka Maude medan vi var i LA.
Vi var här för Piemonte provsmakning menyn och jag måste erkänna det var helt fantastisk. Maten såg och smakade otroligt. Vi var också hjälpt med vinlista och damen var mycket bra för att förstå vad vi var efter, både i smak och i pris, vilket innebar att vi fick ett lysande vin utan att bryta banken.
Den enda anledningen till att jag har givit Maude fyra snarare än fem i betyget är priset. Medan mat och vin och service och omgivningar var lysande känner jag inte personligen det var värt så högt pris. Vi debiterades extra för de extra tryffelarna, som inte förklarades hur mycket det här skulle vara när vi blev tillfrågade. Så detta lade till $ 45 på räkningen. Även utan det hade det varit mer än jag var villig att betala men vi hade en bra kväll.

Vi reser utomlands varje år och gillar att prova så många restauranger som möjligt. Efter att ha hört bra saker om Maude, vi bokade från Australia när sätena släpptes.

Restaurangen är litet, det är ingen plats att vänta på ditt bord, måste du vänta utanför. Lyckligtvis vädret var inte så illa, inte skulle vara bra vid regnigt väder! En punkt att notera - som det finns några bord, du kommer inte att bli sittande tills exakt din reservation eller senare.

Maten var inte dålig - det fanns några enastående rätter för basilika tema, särskilt den Margherita-balsamico fatet, och blackberry geten terrinen dessert. Det fanns en eller två rätter som var genomsnittlig.

Vår servitris var härlig, vi kände oss som en del av den andra personalen kunde göra med en del polska, särskilt den värdinna. Vi kände inte ett välkomnande äkta Vibe från henne.

Vi rekommenderar denna restaurang som ett trevligt ställe att äta.

Jag åkte med min syster i juni som var gurka månad. Jag har drömt om matställen här sedan de öppnade. Jag bara besöka CA en gång om året och har aldrig kunnat få en reservation på tidigare, men jag hade tur i år. Jag var då rädd för att jag kanske hade byggt det upp i mitt sinne så mycket att jag skulle vara besviken. Jag var inte. Det var en av de häftigaste middagsupplevelse jag någonsin haft. Våra servrar var ganska uppmärksam och förklarade varje rätt till oss. Allt var utsökt. Jag önskar att jag hade skrivit min recension rätt fast efteråt när saker var fräscha i mitt sinne. Vi hade regelbunden vin ihopparning och trodde varje vin definitivt kompletterat varje rätt. Jag kommer att besöka igen. Någon sitter vid ett bord bredvid oss uppskattade också vegetariska version av de måltiden.

Jag besökte för Basil månad. Var Mina förväntningar höga. Jag hade en fantastisk upplevelse på Curtis Sten's andra restaurang i Los Angeles och kom med mycket höga förväntningar. Inredningen var vacker. Jag älskar små intima restauranger som denna. Vi bestämde oss för att avnjuta middag med den premie vin para som väl. Utan att gå in i alltför många detaljer om den faktiska mat, 1 av de rätter var alltför salt- och 1 jag skulle kunna ha gjort helt utan (gjorde inte smaka bra) . Resten av rätter varierade från okej till bra. Eftersom det var Basil månad, jag hade en förväntan om att ha Basil vara fast stativet ut smak som jag fann att sakna på några av de rätter. De viner var välsmakande men servicen var lite överallt med vinet. De öste upp några viner ur funktion och glömmde att beskriva en på vinerna som även med att ersätta ett par smutsiga vinglas. Sammantaget en måltid var ganska bra, men jag har högre förväntningar när jag tillbringa den här typen av pengar på mat och jag tyvärr lämnade besviken. Jag tror inte jag kommer att åka tillbaka eftersom jag verkligen hade förväntat mig att vara bländas men lämnade en besvikelse.

Efter att ha tittat fram emot att det här för jag speciellt tillfälle alla fyra av oss lämnade besviken. En del kurser var mycket bra=vissa inte så bra - vad de hade alla i gemensamma var de var alla små. Alla tio kurserna plats på en liten tallrik. Du i princip betala för cirka 10 bra loss och 10 ok loss, även om jag vet att det fina middagar jag förväntar mig inte att lämna hungrig. Jag är inte ett stort kulinariskt äventyrlige men detta var inte tillräckligt för mig - det var en snack för de två manliga diners med oss och ok för det andra Lady diner som är mycket petite och detta är den första gången jag har sett henne äta hela måltiden. Men bra vissa av de kurser är det svårt att få förbi den brist av någon betydande mat. Vi besvikelse till medlem av personalen som kommenterade att han hade hört att innan och även om han hade provat de enskilda rätter hade aldrig satt mig ner och åts upp dem alla såsom en måltid - det kanske borde han. Om de har hört att innan varför då inte göra något åt det. Som var som långt som det gick, hans oro stannade till där - efter alla de måltid och ge dricks är betalat i förväg så vad gör de bryr sig - vi var kvar lite missnöjd och står maktlösa. Resten av servicen är utmärkt om inte lite över toppen men jag personligen skulle föredrar lite mindre servett fällbar mycket mer mat. Jag tycker att denna restaurang är en händelse av " kejsare nya kläder " och är pretentiös, Väldigt överskattat och för dyrt. Mitt råd är antingen ta en smörgås med dig eller ännu bättre spara dina pengar. Förresten har jag aldrig känt mig kraftfullt nog att känna det behöver lämna ett restaurangrecension innan

Jag älskar det här restaurang. Servicen var utmärkt, den omgivande var perfekt och maten var fantastisk. Endast 24 platser och ett huvud ingrediensen! !

Det var bara bra. Vissa rätter var mycket bra, en del av dem var inte bra på alla.
Det skulle kunna vara jetlag för mig, men kan vara inte. Du kan komma där en gång, men jag är inte säker du bör göra det två gånger. Personalen är mycket trevlig, men det är inte alltid hjälp.

Vi gick under betor månad. . . Förväntade oss en utmärkt 8 rätters måltid. . . Vi var inte besvikna. Maten var utmärkt. . . Servicen var professionell och duktig. Maude är små men mysiga. . . . Det kanske det enda liten fråga var den buller. . . Men det kan vara snabbt få bukt med tanke på mat. Vi gjorde reservationer för april. . . Walnut månad.
