The rooms are comfortable, modern and clean, albeit a little on the small side. I'm not a fan of these hotels where the inside of the bathroom is visible from the room. There is a curtain for privacy but it doesn't feel natural for me personally. I like that the lights, climate control and blinds are all operated by a control pad. There are light settings for all on and all off, as well as settings for bathroom and bedroom lights only. I don't like that there isn't a safe in the room. Also every channel on the TV had terrible signal, making it impossible to watch anything.

The courtyard and the reception area are stunning with lots of natural light and greenery. The place is immaculately clean and the staff are all warm and friendly. Breakfast is included but it's very simple - a few pastries, breads, jams and yogurts. Tea, coffee and water but no juice. Appreciate cooked food would be a big ask for a basic hotel such as this, but I would like to see more cereal options (i.e. granola, muesli, corn flakes) and juices.

Lastly, the location isn't great. LA is vast, so not many places are within walking distance but there are only a few restaurants and shops within walking distance of this hotel unfortunately.

All in all, a comfortable and pleasant stay but lacking in a few areas.

Ok I gave 5 stars because it was nice clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel felt safe to walk around. The courtyard so cute with a firepit and lounge chairs.

With that being said. The mattress is very firm. Like very firm. I almost went to buy a topper. I like a medium soft. So preference shouldn't affect their over all review.

This place was absolutely magnificent I just stayed here last night. It's a nice sized room with a walk in Rain/Waterfall shower that is all glass so you can see straight through to the bathroom, but curtains for privacy, large TV that you can actually cast to, does have a blowdryer, the common area was beautiful(bikes for up to 6 hour use, fire pit, hanging chairs, a BBQ grill, and the kitchen is amazing. The location is right next to a shopping center but not too busy of a location, parking on the street but nice quiet neighborhood

Great safe location for an LA business trip. Unique building design and nice courtyard. You might have to park a bit far down the street depending on how busy it is because they don’t have a parking lot.

The customer service from (V) was terrible. I was charged 3×. I am still waiting for the refund. I enjoyed the room, I love the shower how the room, and the shower is a glass to separate them. You can see one another in the opposite room. Great idea.
