Yes, Santa Monica is full of Italian restaurants, but let me tell you: they’re not created equal. If you’re thinking of coming here do yourself a favor and just do. Service was impeccable. Kevin at the bar really made it one of the best dinners I’ve had in a while. The pastas were amazing and the rib eye cap was perfect. 11/10

Very kind and accommodating staff, water was constantly refreshed, and new plates were offered after each course. The food was amazing and there were great options! Will be dining here again when I’m in town.

Everything about this place is amazing. We were coming straight from the airport and ended up being 45 minutes late for our booking because of delays. Even though it was a Friday, the team accommodated us straight. The Roman focaccia is  thin and crispy and perfect with the burrata. The peaches are the definition of California and go perfect with the salt and the burrata. For the mains the Margherita is light as can be with a fluffy crust. The limone, cacio e pepe and strangulate were amazing and the cacio e pepe was as good if not better than what I’ve had in Rome. The negroni was the ideal pairing.

i came here with my brother, dad, and grandparents to celebrate my brother’s graduating from college. as someone with a gluten intolerance, i was a bit worried about italian food. however felix did not disappoint! although there’s no gluten free pasta or crust, i was able to eat the burrata appetizer (+ a few others but i opted for the burrata) + any of the mains. i chose the lamb which was delicious! i was able to have two of the desserts - the budino and the stracciatella gelato, both were delicious! the rest of the food looked and smelled phenomenal. i also had the most delicious mocktail! the service and ambience were exceptional and made the experience even better. 10/10 recommend for a night out or celebratory meal.

Read that this was a must-try restaurant on Abbot Kinney, so I made dinner reservations to celebrate a special occasion. The restaurant is beautiful and the outdoor patio is cute and comfortable. Food and service, however, were disappointing.

The Sfincione focaccia looked stunning; it was a glistening golden brown, but really fell flat on flavor and was very dry. Unfortunately, this focaccia is memorable in how much of a let down it was.

The Busiate was a big miss. The description sounded great, but it was chalky and sour.

The only dish that was a standout and absolutely delicious was the Tagliatelle ragu bolognese. Great flavor, great texture, everything about this dish worked.

For dessert, we got the tiramisu which was just okay. I've had tiramisu that was much better at other places.
