Parks BBQ is my happy place. It is a premier Korean barbecue restaurant in the heart of ktown. It’s the place I go to celebrate wins, or when I need a pick me up. The food is fantastic and so is the service. You have to make reservations because it is always busy. I love the ribeye and they have delicious side dishes. I love love love them. Note they are pricy but worth it.

This Korean BBQ is in the Michelin’s Guide as one of the most cherished destinations for the best experience. The interior exudes a charming simplicity, while the servers provide exceptional service that enhances the overall experience. The culinary offerings are nothing short of exquisite, leaving a lasting impression that will have you craving more. We had: the America Wagyu, crisp kimchi pancakes, and tons of side dishes. Oh and the mushroom, if you like mushrooms!! I can’t wait to go back !

The food was good, it was a good experience though I probably wouldn’t go again. It was really noisy. The price for everything is really expensive. It’s hyped up due to influencers suggesting it.

Our main waiter was really good, very polite and a second waiter who refilled our drinks was very polite.

The hostess at the front was kind of rude when you approached and ignored us, it wasn’t until another host came up that he noticed me and asked if I had a reservation. He was more polite than his colleague; the only time the other hostess was nice was when we were leaving. There was a female waitress who came by when I was checking the food on the grill and smacked my hand which I didn’t appreciate since I was keeping the meat from burning. In the end, she did burn half of a portion of meat after telling me not to touch it.

Meat portions were okay, but for the price I’m not really sure if it was worth it. Side dishes were okay but nothing special.

Overall, it was a fine one time experience.

If you go, you have to make reservations weeks in advance.

Awesome experience. The chefs cut sampler is delicious and plenty of food for 2-3 people. All the cuts are fire and the presentation is really nice too. Unique sides for a kbbq place.

Service is excellent. They’re very attentive and cook everything for you. $5 valet parking too.

I get why it’s on the Michelin guide, definitely would recommend and will be back.

Very tasty KBBQ in ktown LA!

Good:
- The service is very fast - when you order something it almost arrives a few min after always
- The banchan is very diverse - lots of options like fried onion or potato salad, and my favorite were the thick noodles
- The sets were good and had a lot of variety of meat - we got the first one that was $140 and it was good for 3 people
- Meats were all super juicy and had tons of flavor

Bad:
- Pretty expensive per person
- The place is pretty casual/diner vibes, not super fancy

Overall enjoyed getting authentic kbbq in LA!
