Sometimes the chef needs to say NO to the customer because that can cause you to ruin the food ..this is a place where I ordered the Rosa pizza and they didn’t allow me to add prosciutto.. it was great I love it this how the chef care about their food 💕 no all of them care ! The only advice would be to tell the people to wait a few minutes before they eat the pizza to appreciate the blend of the flavors and be able to judge appropriately the pizza. I tried the first slide and couldn’t experience the flavors because it was a bit too hot, but after a bit, the second slice was incredible, the bomb💥. I would definitely come back! The crust was perfectly cooked and the sauce was fresh and not excessive same as the cheese. I don’t usually eat the crust borders, but here I finished them off.

Pizza is one of the best in town. Crust is amazing. I loved what we ordered but it was certainly oily. Onions and pistachios and Parmesan make a great pizza - I know that now!  Was excited about the focaccia - but truth be told, Felix is better. But pizza is amazing, must go at least one, if you haven’t been!

Food is good here. The service is spectacular. Just dined here with the wife celebrating our anniversary. Had a weird (ish) interaction after we left. The server asked if the service was good, presumably because we didn't tip. We reassured the server that the service was great. It was better than the food. The server relayed that it was a blow to them because they rely on tips to feed their families and pay rent. I could feel the sadness.

With all the hype of the Bianco name, it's sad to know that someone could kick butt at work and still go home without enough to pay their team a living wage.
They should do better.

The pizza; always the pizza. If you've been to Italy and are looking for that Italian sit-down style pizza that you eat with a knife and fork because the center is so wonderfully thin, here you go. The space is beautiful and so is the service, and of course the prices reflect that. But the pizza is truly great.

We knew we would love the pizza - but we were also delighted to have loved the dessert and appetizers!! The panna cotta was absolutely divine - light and refreshing. The flavors in each dish were complementary. You can certainly tell that the ingredients were chosen thoughtfully and favored for quality.
