**“Absolutely disgusting experience. We drove over half an hour to get to this place, and it was a complete waste of time. There’s no parking to be found, the surrounding streets are filthy, and the restaurant itself feels like a health hazard.

When I lived in LA, I frequented this place for years. The food was always spot on.
When I was in town for work and I made the trip over. The food is exactly the same, great.

Look if you have never been to this area of town you will probably complain about it.
The parking lot is small but people don’t stay long.
The woman working the counter has been here for years. She is quick and blunt because she can be, and this place gets REALLY busy.

If you want amazing chicken eat here. If you are expecting to be pampered this is not your place. ✌🏾

Ordered the half chicken with rice and beans which cost around ~$18. They have tables to dine in that look like the old diner style. There's a small parking lot that can fit about 5 cars. Be warned...this place does not have good customer service. The cashier was not friendly at all.

Now...this is one of the best rotisserie chickens I've had EVER! Wow. Each piece of this half chicken was absolutely delicious with flavor and oozing with juices. The juices were literally dripping out with each bite. The rice with some carrots complemented the black beans in a broth like soup that tasted like they were made with meat. This place is highly recommended if you are a chicken liver or even meat lover. This is one of the best meats I've had.

Ok, first, I don’t eat in. I call, 3, 4, 5 times if necessary. And then I place my usual order: a whole chicken with rice and beans plus yucca and fries. I do this an hour before I want to eat. They usually tell me wait will 45 minutes. Sometimes it’s an hour and a half and it’s ALWAYS worth the wait. This chicken is delicious. It’s moist, tender, and falls of the bone. The seasoning is just right and the wood fire spit makes it smell delicious. Plus it is chicken meal for a family at a great price.

Very bad experience from start to finish. Terrible customer service from the lady at the counter—she rushes you when asking what size you want and makes unpleasant facial expressions while you’re deciding. In summary, very poor customer service.

The worst part was when they served us the food, and the salad had a hair in it. We didn’t get upset because we understand that accidents happen. However, when we went to return it, the person in the kitchen told the lady at the counter, “I don’t see the hair, but whatever.” They didn’t apologize, gave us another plate, and it still had hair in it. In the end, we just ate it and left. We won’t be coming back because of the terrible service.
