We had a good experience overall! We had a reservation, were seated right away. The server was very nice! We started with the drinks and broccolini appetizer - I didn’t really like it, pretty small, hard to share and eat with the fork. We ordered sea bass dish, which was really really good!! 🐟I feel like we enjoyed the salad it came with more than the actual fish, it was a pretty unique salad! We waited for pizza for a long time, but it was worth the wait - very tasty 🍕
They have valet parking, but we parked on a metered one across the street

The *best* food in LA.  Pizza is simply divine, recipes are one of a kind.  Atmosphere, service, vibe, food, and staff are all top notch.  Met the owner and chef personally, and they are lovely, genuine people with a real passion for gourmet cuisine, hospitality, and quality experience.  Cannot recommend this place enough, (and I have eaten at the best Michelin star restaurants in NYC, LA, and globally).  Cam was our server, and was truly excellent, so kind, personable, funny etc. and made our experience one of a kind.  Bravo Ronan.  You have a huge fan in this foodie. 10/10 stars. A really special place in West Hollywood.

Opened in 2018 and surviving the pandemic with take-out, 2023 adding Sunday Brunch to nightly Dinner service, it is after eyes adjust to the darkened interior that diners sit in posh booths perusing a menu of inspired plates, Pies, biodynamic Wines and Cocktails.

In many ways a neighborhood Pizzeria, assuming the neighborhood is attuned to Wood-Oven Pizzas featuring a bubbly Crust with lots of char and chewiness, New Year’s Eve found Ronan offering Caviar  in several styles including as an addition to fluffy Focaccia served piping-hot alongside Cultured Butter.

Varying the menu seasonally, Brunch additionally quite different from Dinner, Pizzas arrive coursed out in no less than twenty minutes with Margherita expectedly excellent as a result of imported Tomatoes, Basil an Mozz plus a bit of Pecorino.

Also featuring a black marble bar within earshot of the oven, perfect for solo diners or couples wanting to watch Dough stretched and fired, Brunch’s Green Eggs & Ham riffs on Dr. Seuss with Mortadella and Ricotta plus a runny Organic Egg while “A Tuscan Winter” puts locally grown Japanese Persimmons on display amidst a backdrop of local Honey and Squash Blossoms.

Ambiance is exceptional!
The service was careful and attentive and the food is flavorful. For the price point I hesitate to recommend the chicken, and our pizza was a litttttle burnt but again the flavors are great. The Caesar salad really stood out for me. And I would definitely recommend this to a friend for an intimate dinner.
