Susy Acevedo is top tier. She was extremely helpful, knowledgable and thorough. She showed me all the options available and answered any questions I had as they came up. She made the move in/set up process very smooth. Highly recommend working with Susy!

The location is very peaceful. A nice escape from the city.

We just moved in and I can not say enough wonderful things about the process and Danielle. What an angel. We viewed the apartment on Friday, fell in love and picked up the keys two days later. I loved this property when we moved in 3 1/2 years ago. After a major fire and major property renovations, the qualities that made this a nice place to live went down hill fast!
Let me say, the maintenance team is GREAT! Every one of them.
But every aspect of this property from rent prices to amenities is so far removed from reason, it leaves me in amazement.
New tenants are offered sweet deals while loyal tenants like me are left to essentially fend for themselves. They charge the same prices as if there isn’t major construction going on. Like there isn’t loud construction workers arriving early in the morning. Everything is dirty from the construction, along with the constant noise from jack hammers and such. The mailroom has been relocated to a cold, dark, unsafe garage. The gym, when it’s open, is located on a tennis court and the equipment is always broken.

Greg and his crew were very helpful. They assured me nothing was my fault and explain accurately the reason for the clogging.  Everything was better in the apartment after they had work on it for an hour.

What I like best is the view near the seaport. It’s wide and the sky is so colorful after sunset.
