We ordered Dal makhani, Chicken tikka masala and Garlic naan. I loved the Dal makhani and Garlic naan.
Just a tip- if you are not affected by spices, i would strongly suggest, tell him you want INDIAN LEVEL SPICY CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA, that is how it won’t be sweet and will be perfect!
It would also good outdoor seating with a bonfire around, so, yum food and vibey!
Strongly recommended, rather than those cafés around, which just have bar but not good food!!

The food has been really good. It has a nice taste. I liked this place. Service was a little bit too slow and could be improved in general. But I would come again if I’m in Santa Monica, CA, again!

Great service and friendly. Went on a weekday for dinner, was mostly empty. Very near to Santa Monica pier and Third street promenade if you can just take a stroll. Dropped one star just for the taste, although presentation was good, pictures attached. You can park at Santa Monica Place mall, first 90 min free.

I discovered this place in the Michelin guide and thought I would try this Indian that wasn’t run of the mill. Wow ! It’s been a couple years since my tastebuds exploded with so much joy for Indian food. Flavors are strong but are not overpowering, every dish could stand on its own and complemented each other. Love this restaurant! Their service is amazing and so kind. The Paper Dosa is brilliant, presented as a huge crispy tube of deliciousness with yummy sauces and chutneys to dip it in.  There is nothing like it, go experience their Paper Dosa. I have ordered it while two different cooks are working and both times it was fantastic.

Everything I have ordered is delicious here and it is right by the beach and the Santa Monica Pier. You can sit outside with a view of the water and walk down to the beach afterwards. And inside is a nice cozy bar and seating area. It is a great place to people watch if you sit outside, I feel like I am in the heart of a city at the same time as right by the beach.
