Honestly I’m very critical but I liked it quite a lot. Was staying at this hotel to recover and the services were very good, bought me water bottles in glass, polite employees, everything in the room good and clean. Moved me to a quieter room upon request. Yeah I don’t really have any point of critic except noise from fridge (which was turned off on request) and slight noise from one of the detectors. Oh yeah, and absence of bidet but I guess that’s normal in USA. But yeah overall it was pleasant and I’m a critical person that’s hard to please. I think it’s a great hotel to stay and great value. Maybe add a handheld shower head but I guess that’s normal in the US too.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pendry West Hollywood! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even though we were early. Their hospitality really stood out and set the tone for our visit.

The resort itself is beautiful and has some unique features, like a games room with a bowling alley and ping pong table. We had a lot of fun there, but I have to mention the cleanliness in that area left something to be desired. The room in the games area had wilted flowers and bits of carpet scattered around, which was surprising for a place of this caliber.

Our room, however, was absolutely stunning and well-appointed. The decor was gorgeous and made our stay feel very luxurious. That said, the lack of a handheld shower head was noticeable—makes you wonder how the showers are thoroughly cleaned between guests.

One highlight of our stay was the food. Both the quality of the dishes and the attentive restaurant service were top-notch. It’s clear they put a lot of care into their dining experience.

Overall, it’s a beautiful property with great service, but there’s room for improvement in attention to detail.

This hotel stole $300USD from me. Another guest who I don’t know, by the name of Kristin James charged their spa bill to my room. Pendry proceeded to charge me for this and isn’t providing me with a refund. They have my name and my wife’s name on file, so they know neither of us are Kristin James. But after 2 weeks of communication with Ivette from Guest Services, we still haven’t received a refund.
Ivette ignores my emails and doesn’t reply back to me.
I have never experienced such horrible customer service and had such an unpleasant experience at any 5 star hotel in the world. No other hotel in the world has ever incorrectly charged me during my stay.
Why is it so hard to refund me for a charge that wasn’t mine? Why do I need to send 20 emails and be ignored. It’s a simple error which can be rectified by communicating with me and refunding me for your mistake.
Absolutely disgraceful.

Incredible location super clean beautiful modern ambiance pool was gorgeous phenomenal roof top restaurant and bar. But the staff my lord such an incredible team from the valet to front desk to baggage to managers to cleaning crew … I simply can not say enough ! Also my timing being during the wildfires was not great but staff managed patrons eloquently. I truly can’t wait to come back to enjoy a full week here .. stay strong LA&  Pendry team .

We had to postpone our vacation to West Hollywood today. We would first like to offer our hopes that the residents of South California are safe.
We know the Pendry was hosting many who had to flee their homes and was evacuated itself for a short time.
The concierge staff including Hester and Adrienne, war so amazing. They kept us updated and helped make our decision on leaving Montreal.
In the end, the Pendry is open, and offering incredible service and we will absolutely return when the situation is easier.
We received a full refund and the entire process was handled with care and professionalism.
Looking forward to seeing you soon.
