Mycket dyrt för vad du får. Och det finns en automatisk 20 % dricks tillagd. Servitörer behöver inte arbeta för dricks och deras attityd visar det. Otålig. Jag stannade här på grund av de stora rock n roll videor de har spelar på storbilds-TV. Fotbollsmatcher sänds också på storbildsskärmar. Jag är en die hard rock n roller och en diehard sport fan så denna plats var perfekt för mig. 

Jag åt jordgubbssallad. Portionsstorleken var enorm och den var fräsch. Servicen var bra. Jag hade Li'l Mexi Lager och det är en bra lager. 

Enda nackdelen är att de lägger på en 20 % tacksamhet. Jag tycker det är oärligt. Jag brukar ge 20 % i dricks ändå så detta var ingen deal breaker.

Vi försöker komma hem från Reno och vi var tvungna att avvika från vår ursprungliga flygrutt och mot vår vilja var tvungna att gå genom LAX. Vi gick terminalen för ett ställe att få något att äta mellan flyg. Vi såg inte mycket och bosatte oss här. Efter att ha fått räkningen fann vi samma som andra före oss att räkningen kommer med en automatisk gratifikation på 20 procent. Chefen förklarade för paret vid bordet bredvid oss att det tillkom på grund av något kollektivavtal som jag inte har något intresse av. Först av allt, när vi kom in vi blev tillsagda att sitta oss och sedan min fru var tvungen att jaga en chef för att hitta vår server. Servern verkade ointresserad och lösgjord. Varför skulle du bry dig om att prestera på topp om du vet att du kommer att få minst 20 procents tacksamhet oavsett hur du presterar? Maten var medelmåttig i bästa fall.

Vingarna var bra. Bloody Mary var ok. Vad som INTE var ok var att ta reda på efter att jag ätit klart är att det finns en “Automatisk tacksamhet” på 20 % som läggs till på notan. De är trevliga nog att ge en förklaring längst ner på kvittot. Tyvärr är deras förklaring. s. 

Deras förklaring: ”Enligt vårt kollektivavtal tillämpas en 20 # automatisk gratifikation på all in - matcheckar. Din förståelse för denna avgift är mycket uppskattad, eftersom det direkt stöder vår hårt arbetande personal som strävar efter att ge exceptionell service under ditt besök”

Nu... varför skulle någon personal ”sträva efter att ge exceptionell service”, om de garanteras 20 procents dricks? Vad fan är det för ”kollektivavtal” ni talar om? Är det här ägaren och ledningen träffas och kollektivt förhandlar/kommer överens om att tvinga kunderna att betala ett påslag på 20 % på sin faktura? 

Slutligen angavs i förklaringen att den automatiska motprestationen ”direkt stöder vår hårt arbetande personal”. Gåta mig detta: när är det mitt ansvar att stödja er personal? Ledning/ägande: Att du är DITT jobb! Inte min! Om du betalade din personal tillräckligt skulle de inte vara beroende av pengar som ofrivilligt togs från kunderna utan föregående varning. 

Även om det inte finns någon motivering att mgmt / ägande kan eller kommer att ge som helt och hållet kommer att motivera detta beteende, åtminstone ha ryggraden att sätta upp skyltning (på iögonfallande ställen ... inte längst ner i menyn i 2 - pt teckensnitt, eller väggen i det sista badrummet båset till höger) att du engagerar dig i det sketna beteendet genom att mata in i över - tipping kultur, och ge kunden möjlighet att mata in i din skuggighet, eller hitta någon annanstans att äta. 

BTW - tjänsten var inte drivkraften till denna översyn. Servicen var bra.

Genomsnittlig mat men vad som verkligen stack ut var att jag konfronterades med en obligatorisk 20 % dricks - som säger att detta är något som man hade kommit överens om i deras kollektivavtal. När jag berättade för chefen som kund, gick jag aldrig med på att hon berättade för mig om jag inte betalade den obligatoriska dricksen, skulle jag arresteras för stöld! 

Idén att ägare och arbetare förhandlade om ersättning och vad de kom på var ett sätt för arbetarna att öka sin lön - Låt de kunder som inte ingick i avtalet betala en obligatorisk 20 procent dricks! Galet!

En ganska inbjudande plats eftersom den är baserad på rockmusik och mat. Det är allt annat än... ....för det första är ”damen” på mottagningen det mest negativa vi har träffat på ett tag (måndag 28 maj, 19 . 00 timmar) . 
Fientlig som fan, pekar ständigt på var vi borde stå. En skam för yrket. Behöver avfyras omedelbart. Superdålig attityd. 
Vår server var mycket trevlig och försökte göra måltiden så trevlig som möjligt. Tyvärr var de slut på de flesta utkastöl. 
I grund och botten är det portly kör. Maten är genomsnittlig i bästa fall. UNDVIK ROCK & BREWS på LAX!

Beläget i terminal 5 nära grindarna 50 be och 53 be. Sittplatser tillgängliga men var en sorteringslinje. Smala kvarter. Full bar. Flera TV-apparater. Hamburgare är saftiga, skräddarsydda och mycket bra. PepsiCo produkter.

Vi stannade i Rock & Brews Concert Bar & Grill i LAX efter en lång flygning från Ft Lauderdale till LAX, och nästa ben till Honolulu. Det var ett roligt ställe att hänga på på grund av alla konsertaffischer och många TV-apparater med konserter. Maten var god, drycker var generösa, inga klagomål, kommer tillbaka!

När vi passerade LAX bråttom hade vi 22 minuter tills vi gick ombord på bordet, så jag tog fyra hamburgare från deras för att gå. Gick för att ringa upp dem och frågades om vi ville ta 4 läsk och 4 påsar chips, eftersom de fanns tillgängliga som en kombinationsbok. Totalt för 4 måltider (Burger, 20 oz soda och chips) $ 65. 00! ! Jag förstår det, det är på en flygplats så saker och ting blir dyra men det är en restaurangburgare eller hur? FEL! Jag skulle hellre äta en bensinstationsburgare! Burgerburgaren var sämre än någon hamburgare jag någonsin har ätit! Jag tror att de bara ber att alla tar tag i dem på språng, så att de inte kan klaga på dem! Jag skulle sätta ALLA frusna patty sålda från någon livsmedelsbutikskedja mot denna hamburgare! Ät INTE HÄR! !

Det var faktiskt i terminal 1. Jag hade inte mycket tid och jag bad servitören att det skulle ta lång tid och han sa att det inte borde och det gjorde det inte. Baconet var krispigt (och bra) och havremjöl kom med några saker att lägga till det. Kaffe var också bra.
Priserna är bra. . . . . . . . . . . . flygplatspriser. Jag skulle äta där igen.

R & kontrolleras nog av de lådor som jag troligen skulle gå tillbaka. De har en tillräckligt stor meny vs. några av de mer begränsade alternativen och de hade ett anständigt urval av sallader.

Tjänsten var bra. Det är tätt och det finns lite utrymme för dina väskor men det är som alla andra sitta ner flygplatsrestaurang.

Det var dyrt men det är flygplatsen och LA så ingen överraskning. Jag skulle gå tillbaka.
