Very disappointed at this Jack, they always seem to have issues with their sofa machine and are constantly out of flavors and diet versions of the soda. Today, in addition to not having any diet or flavored sodas, the tacos I ordered were cold and obviously sitting for a while. This has been a constant issue at this Jack and management does not seem to care to address the issue. I also ran into their phone not working so I could not inform them of my bad tacos. Having the food sitting and served code is a major code violations I feel compelled to report this issue to the health department

Ripoff. Outside, BOTH menus say onion rings are $3.39. Placed my order and got charger $4.69, 1/3 again as much!!! Asked the order taker and she said "tax", but when I got my receipt it had NOTHING to do with tax. Manager is "not there" so "can't" do anything. (Why isn't someone in charge???) Took a picture, showed the order taker, Yolanda F., and she walked off without a word. At the VERY LEAST she could have given me the manager's card. Phone number does NOT go through, all you get is a busy signal. Someone taped numbers over the menu posted inside to show $4.69. Even if a price increase were warranted, one this size is outrageous, and it must be posted OUTSIDE for people in the drive-thru, AND someone needs to answer the phone! I am going to find out who to report them to for bait and switch.

My husband needed a quick bite before heading to a little league baseball game. Within 3 hours of eating the beef tacos, he was violently ill and had all the symptoms associated with food poisoning. It's been over 2 days now and he's still sick. We'll never be coming back.

Food was ok my fries were cold the burrito was cold the burger was warm the small tacos were warm but there was no people there so I was like why didn't they heat the food more I saw workers on there phones They told us to park in the front we were in the drive thru and they told us to go park even tho there wasn't any people get them fired probably never coming again .

My wife and I stopped in as we like the burgers & chicken. We wanted to order for "dine-in" but when we went to the counter to place our order, the young lady it is required to enter the order using the computer screen. I'm highly technically competent and tried to enter our order. However, the user interface is poor as it seemed to demand that we order sauces and other extras we didn't want. I also didn't like how a combo meal was automatically upgraded to "Large" without asking for that. When I had repeated problems with ordering on the screen, I asked the young lady to take our order and she refused. So we left and ate elsewhere.

I am surprised today because I love this Jack in the Box. I ordered a #14 (a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese), the employee over the speaker said it all correct to me. He then handed me my food which now that I'm home I realize it's not what I ordered. I am disappointed because they literally put it in a spicy chicken sandwich box which is hilarious. Also, they didn't fill my friend's fries at all. Maybe it's just an off day but I'm super annoyed.

Went into order a teriyaki bowl And the portions were ridiculous it was barely any rice or chicken. When I complain to the employee Mateo he called me a ( Way ) in Spanish which means Asshole. That's how he referred to me to his coworker. When I called him on it he apologized said he was sorry. This is what we have to settle for with Jack in the box restaurants. These low brow dip shits that are employed here make the restaurant look bad. I'll take my money elsewhere thank you
