I used to be a faithful Willow Street customer at their (long-closed) Westgate location; the staff recognized my family (especially my then-teenaged son) and always gave us good service and a good meal. Now, I'm an occasional customer at the Los Gatos location; I'm not there often enough to be recognized, but I still get good service and a good meal. My most recent visit was to redeem my birthday coupon; I was there at lunchtime, so I took advantage of the Lunch Special and had a mini-pizza and salad. It was as good as ever - as was the service. My server even asked if I wanted to redeem the $5 I had in my rewards account (I did), so lunch cost me four bucks and change (plus tip, of course). I'm not likely to visit Willow Street every other week these days, but I enjoyed my visit and will be back.

I love this place I've visited many times. Food is really good. But this weekend they gave me a table on the side of the building near the restrooms & perhaps those tables don't get used often Turns out when I left my shorts & my shirt were really dirty. Please clean your chairs so I don't have to be told by others that my back is really dirty while I walk down the street. Yes I will go back for dinner. food and service is always great.

Was I skeptical of the bacon cheeseburger pizza with thousand island dressing? Yes. Was I completely wrong and this pizza was amazing? Also yes. Stopped in for lunch. Had the meatballs, steak and grilled peach salad, Italian pizza, the aforementioned pizza, and a great peach cobbler. Everything was delicious. Would definitely be back if I lived anywhere nearby.

One of our "go to" spots after a Saturday bike ride. The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. Everything we have ordered from pizzas, salads, and sandos has been on point. When the weather is nice, definitely try to dine on their patio. It is sizeable and has heaters.

I got the Potato Gnocchi, which was marked as the chef's special. I thought it was very good, but would have liked the sauce with less cream and more herbs. The blood orange punch wasn't too sweet and that was a nice surprise. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. This is a good casual place for families.

A downtown Los Gatos mainstay that has a nice outdoor patio. The ambiance and service was fine, but the food was subpar. The La Burrata pizza had tasteless, chalky, and underbaked dough. The Italian pizza was mid-level, albeit with spicy peppers on top so watch out for that (the servers did a good job of warning us). The chicken tequila fettuccine pasta was good but nothing to write home about.

I love this place! The location, right across from the park, is perfect. It has great seating both indoors and outdoors. I enjoy being inside and watching the staff work in the open kitchen. The food is always delicious. Their pizzas are fantastic, but their salads and pastas are also I would say this is my kids' favorite place to eat. My go-to is the BBQ chicken pizza. Very delicious. The service is routinely good. There are occasions when it gets busy that you may be waiting at your table a bit longer than you'd like to place an order or get a drink, but they are always polite, kind, and helpful. I suppose the only complaint that my family has ever had is that the crayons they carry for kids to color on the kids' menus never has yellow (its a color that is, oddly, not included in the packs they buy). If you're looking for a family-friendly dining experience with some fantastic food in a great environment? Head to Willow Street Pizza in Los Gatos!

The service was really great! I was starving and ordered the burata pizza and wings to start. The wings were okay, on the smaller dryer side. The pizza was subpar. Not worth $23... I would've rather went to little ceasars for a pizza. But the service was awesome. Hopefully if I come back I order something alittle bit worth the money. But 5 stars because the staff is great! The burata pizza SUCKS! It actually pisses me off. Can't deny it seemed like a healthy option which is why I ate most of it but felt like that shit should've not costed $23 bucks.

I have been a longstanding and loyal customer since Willow Street opened back in the early 1990'a and last week's "lunch" on (Saturday - 6/28) with multiple issues were the straw that broke the camels back. I made a large group reservation back in (April) with the head manager (Adriana) and at that time I conveyed to her do I need to sign a contract for a large party of 50, she said no, only if you were having a big party of 200 or more or renting out the restaurant. She gave me a price of $7 across the board for ALL children's items (verbal agreement) on the kids menu, and said if I wanted salmon that would be extra, I said no thanks. I stated let's just stick with the basic/standard items of pizza, hamburger, mac & cheese, chicken fingers, spaghetti & meatballs to make it super simple. I arrived (15 min) early to talk with the head manager and she was not there, the assistant (Steven Rodriguez) was filling in. I could tell by his vibe that he was not in a good mood, seamed cranky and I surely didn't receive a warm welcome. I went over the verbal agreement I had with (Adriana) and he said no I will not honor what you discussed. So basically I'm paying a much higher amount and it felt like a switch & bait. I guess Willow Street is not fully transparent with there customers, someone like me who has been going there for the past 35 years, have had multiple parties there, sent my friends, family members, and my personal cliental there throughout the years and I get treated with total disrespect. I'm extremely disappointed & appalled by Steven's reckless, egoistical, childish, unpleasant, ignorant, immature, and unprofessional behavior. I'm shocked & surprised that Willow Street has him employed in this title/role. I even called the headquarters (in Willow Glen) and left my number with the owner (Ed) to give them some feedback, I have not received a returned phone call. In closing, I will no longer go here and will take my valued business elsewhere. Willow Street doesn't deserve me as a customer.
