Such an upscale, quaint, sophisticated, clean, quiet, spacious hotel, right across from the ferry and has excellent views of the bay. The hotel and rooms are well appointed with upscale decor. The restaurant downstairs is also great and open late for Sausalito. Excellent walking distance to everything.  I’ll recommend this place to friends.

Love this Casa Madrona! I wanted to give a 5 star however, there was one thing that I hope gets fixed. We’ve stayed there several times and thought they needed to do upgrades. Well, when we stayed there a week ago, we noticed that they have been upgrading the entire hotel. The room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful!!! They surpassed what we would have expected in upgrades. The only thing was that there were these little ants in the bathroom. We noticed that the floors weren’t sealed properly, horrible job by the builder. Still a beautiful place and great job on the sunroom upgrades as well. Absolutely amazing! We will be back soon, hopefully they’ll do something about the unsealed floors in the bathroom and the ants situation.

Casa Madrona Hotel and Spa was our first time staying here and it was a spectacular experience.  We had a harbor view room which was breath taking.  The service was wonderful, the staff fantastic, the overall look and cleanliness of the property was also very impressive.  Great place to stay if you want to be pampered.

Love this hotel! Super dog friendly and our go to spot for weekend away from the city. The balcony rooms are our favorite. And sometimes treat ourselves to the apartment rooms or room with full kitchen. Right downtown and we love eating downstairs at Poggio.

We arrived late in the evening having left the city of San Francisco and Alcatraz. Austin, Asst. Guest Services Mgr., meet us outside the entrance, helped with our luggage and checked us in to a very nice king size room with a Courtside view. Room came with bathrobe, slippers, real glassware, lots of storage, selection of different coffees and a fridge. The room was quite and had a view of the courtyard and the bay. Located on the main street across from the marina with lots of stores and restaurants all within about three blocks. We loved it so much and the service that we stayed an additional night.
