Excellent service! Ask for Vivian. Had to rent a car for a week since my car was in a body shop. I was able to get my vehicle of choice and excellent rate for it.

Returned the rental car at my hometown after rented it from here, it was before 10pm too but got charged for 1 extra day on the system. The staffs here reached out and cancelled that charge. Amazing people.

The lady that helped me was helpful. However this location is understaffed. Had a reservation at 9am on a Saturday. Upon entering the facility, there was a group of about 10 people before me. There was only 1 staff member in the front. Had to wait about 40 minutes before I was helped. Another staff member would of helped tremendously but they only had 1.

I was directed to this rental car by my car insurance while my car was in the shop. We rented the car for three days, and I was told that I could leave the rental car at the shop, and they would pick it up from there. I ended up using it for only two days. However, I received a bill charging me for five days. The bill stated that I returned the car at 11:59 PM--what a joke! I have been calling them for over a week with no response. Of course, I disputed the charge with my credit card. Do yourself a favor and avoid this rental car company.

My fiance and I went to go get a rental and we had the absolute pleasure to meet Ms. Vivian. Let me tell you what a fun time we had being there for 20 minutes. She was so professional, fun and was very quick at getting everything done. Thank you so much Vivian for the laughs and getting us a nice car.

Please don't bother renting a car from this location. I made a reservation for an SUV to be picked up at the Milpitas location. Right before the pick up time I get a call saying they don't have the car available. Instead of an 8 passenger suv, they offered me as a concession a compact sedan. Please take your business somewhere else unless you want to be inconvenienced at the worst time.

I was so pleased with my interaction with ERAC today. I was prepared to be there for at least half an hour and was so surprised that I was greeted right away and was only there from start to finish for 15 minutes. I worked with Vivian and her attitude and customer service was amazing. Big shout out to her. Thank you Vivian for everything!!!!

Store manager contacted me after she received the feedback email. She apologized for the mix-up on the return and refunded me the extra wrong charges. I am not fully sure of the mix-up claim; but it's always good to have things resolved in timely manner. Other than that, I hope there is 2 things can have more improvements. #1, Hope there is upgrade soon on the rental system, only accept 1 credit card only (can't split the amount with multiple card) and won't able to accept "Cash" as alternated payment method? #2, for off-hour returns, needs much more quick turn-around so customer's should get the close-out notice not more than 1 day after. (3days after is taking too long)
