I've been going to this specific Jack in the Box location for 25 years, as long as I've lived in Milpitas. I've gone to this place well over 100 times in that time period have never really had a problem with them. Probably 75% of the time I go through the drive-through and order verbally, because I'm going home or to work with an order for multiple people. I've never used the Jack app, to be honest -- verbal orders are fast enough at this location and I've never seen the drive through line, day or night, come close to the street. All that being said, though, we have not gone inside this Jack in the Box for 2 years during the pandemic. Prior to the pandemic, the inside was always very clean and new-looking, although we only ate-in 20-30% of the time. Maybe since the pandemic they've had staff problems or shortages? It doesn't seem a lot of people want to do this work any more, and I don't blame them. But, I will say that I've used the drive-through at this location about 4-6 times in the past year and never had a single problem with the staff or the food I drove away with. Believe me, I've seen screwed up fast food places that can't ever get a single order right, always missing stuff, etc. That is not this place, not in 2022.

They put insane amounts of oil in your fries box that it leaks through the bag.. also you can constantly see the employees go to the rotten Robbie across the street and buy wine coolers. Same girl served me these fries..

The worst teriyaki chicken bowl ever. I don't advise anyone to go to the Jack-in-the-Box in Milpitas. This chicken is hard as a rock. This is the kind of food you'll get.

Giving a one star because of the service i got tonight at the drive thru. I was asked what sauce i wanted. I asked for the buttermilk sauce aka ranch 5 of them . I have large curly fries and 7 piece stuffed jalapeños lady only gave me 3. Customer in front of me asked for extra and did not receive extra per his request. If you wanna charge me for extra i dont mind. I want what i asked for as a paying customer. Plus i didnt even get my receipt. Should always be given or put in the bag of food. Did not feel welcome for the ambiance i got through drive thru. So inconsistent. For awhile they were doing good now dropping again.

The ladies that were working tonight 11/5/24 around 8:30pm are great!! They were all working super hard and efficient and kept a smile while helping so many people. I did a mobile order and it was ready to be picked up before I got there. Although they were out of something , I got upset gave off a little attitude. But the lady in gray shirt offered some other items to make it right. I work with customers also. I should have known better than to give off attitude. I apologized to her. And said that her and her team are great. Even the girl that was doing the drive thru checked up on me while waiting . And she was killing it at the drive thru and the ladies making the food were just as great keeping up with everything. And the store looked super clean. I hope the rest of their night goes smoothly. Thank you for the service you ladies provided.

This Jack in the Box is NEVER on time with their food service! It's usually dirty as well. They have no management to hold anyone accountable. So disappointed in this establishment. Im giving them a one star because there is no ZERO star rating.

They never get orders right. Dont even waste ur time because it would be better if it was shut down. Put ketchup on my burger when I specifically asked not to and now it just cant be eaten. Worst fking place ever.

Every time I go here same guy , Mexican guy, he always tells me he runs out of buttermilk 3 times , and always rude about it , if he doesn't like his job he should quit, don't take it out on paying customers, now I just go to the one on Landess

Terrible attitudes and terrible customer service. The filter in the freestyle machine needs changing because all the drinks have a funky after taste to them. The staff doesn't pay attention and seems to hate their jobs and the customers. They do have the original munchie meals though, but don't count on them to make them with any type of care. 0/5.
