Service was fast and their food was hot and fresh. The lines moved quickly at the drive through and they gave good customer service. My iced coffee was made just right. Good place to grab drinks after shopping at the Great Mall :)

Zero, zero plus zero stars! I came through the drive through at lunch time. I have my order: Filet O Fish Fries She said, "Drive through...". No total, no "do you want to add anything?" NOTHING. Sorry I am wasting your time honey. I am hungry. I pulled to window and saw an older woman dressed professionally, talking with other employees. The guy asked me for my $10 bucks plus whatever change. Closed the window. Bye see ya, I guess.... Got to next window and she handed me the bag and closed the window. Okay.... Get new Shift Manager's. Ms. Ramirez will power trip occasionally and will refuse service to you. She kept trying to hide her name, report her to 1-800-BIG-MACS if she acts unprofessional. I already did. 1* manager unprofessional treatment to customers refuses service and wouldn't let me feed my family.

Staffs were not so friendly and professional. The lady I asked keeps ignoring me when I'm asking for help regarding my orders that the receipt didn't print and she had that looked on me. I even told her I can showed her that it was taken out to my bank account and I let her know too that the kiosk having issues. This is not our first time, it happened to my daughter too. My daughter end up leaving without her foods. Staffs need to be mindful. I understand some customers giving them a hard time or nice to them but not all customers are like that. We need to be kind and be mindful.

This is probably the best McDonalds I've gone to. The service is always really nice - which is so rare for fast food! The fries are always fresh and hot.

The lady who took my friends order was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional she laughed when he was ordering because he said he was autistic and refused to take this order. I will NEVER come back

It's just a McDonald's, what more can you ask for. I ordered a mc chicken on the app for curbside pick up and they came out with it within 3 minutes of me getting there. The food was average but definitely hit a spot since I was hungry.

Ya know, at the end of the day, this is McDonald's, but it is a pretty solid one, all things considered. They got my order right, were friendly, and the food was pretty on par with what you'd expect. Was it noticeably special food? Not exactly, but I'd definitely go back without much complaint.

This Fast Food location has some very great things that are excellent for fast food, Food was pretty solid as the food was prepared correctly to where fries were crispy and nuggets tasted like they just came out of the fryer Cashiers were kind and listened to what we ordered, you could also use self cashier machines I don't know what they're called, tables were pretty clean unlike other Milpitas locations, bathrooms were pretty sanitary and there were not a lot of water puddles. There was easy access to gas pumps and a mart where you could get Takis, Sour Patch, Skittles, Beef Jerky, an average gas mart noise wasn't a problem as there was some traffic, but not a lot
